I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent online order from Target. The items were delivered in an excessively large and unwieldy box, which appeared to be the primary cause of the damage. The product boxes for both crayons and markers were crushed and crumpled, and some even appeared to have been exposed to moisture. The box of crayons had completely spilled open, leaving loose crayons scattered throughout the package. I believe this issue stems from a major oversight in your company's packaging process, not from the delivery service. I do not have the time to individually inspect each item to determine if it is salvageable. This delivery was a complete failure.
