This is ALWAYS a must have in my household. My husband is in the army, I work out a lot and he works out a lot. Our muscles are always sore, and this is the first thing I use to aid our sore muscles. Throw some of this salt in a hot bath, soak, and all muscle pain will be relieved. I assure you. This stuff is incredible, and extremely relaxing and soothing. I put almost two cups of salt in every time, I like a heavy dose of epsom salt. This is worth every penny and more.

When I opened the bag, I was immediately overwhelmed by the scent. It smelled like over-scented kitty litter. Luckily, the smell was diluted somewhat when mixed in with water to the point that it was tolerable. But what is not ok is that my bathroom still had a fragrance 12 hours later even though I'd left the bathroom window open. I do not recommend this product. However, I do recommend the citrus and Himalayan salt scent; that one is not overbearing.
