I love these Fab Feet Women's Back of Heel Gel Insoles Shoe Cushions. I am between sizes in certain shoes so I have to go a size up. My heel tends to slip out in those shoes. These Insoles help my feet to fit better in the shoe and also prevents my heels from slipping.

These worked well in both boots and heels! Helped to keep the back of heel from rubbing. The only reason I took off a star was because they didn’t seem to stay on past the one wear unless on high heels.

Fab Feet Women's by Foot Petals are soft to the touch sticks to the back of the inside of my shoe. You can hardly tell its there. If you have that pair of shoes that doesnt like to stay on your feet: this is definitely what you need. I recieved these free to try and is fully my own opinion.

These gel pad shop so much in shoes that typically dig into my heels. It easy to cut them down to size as they come pretty large. The adhesive works well for keep them in place so you aren’t getting new blisters from movement.

When I wear my favorite sneakers they always feel a little loose. These are the perfect solution to my problem. They fit perfectly on my heels and they stay on all night. The gel cushions are really comfortable and I forget I have them on.

Overall these back of heel cushions are pretty good. The only problem I have had so far is one of the two cushions likes to attach itself to my sock and, come off with my shoe. Otherwise they are worth buying. They are quite comfortable, and not only do they protect the back of your heel you can hardly feel that they are there. The fact that they are reusable is awesome. I tried washing one of them. It cleaned up nicely (before and after pictures included with review)and it actually restored the adhesive quite well. These cushions made my shoes quite a bit more comfortable, and I would highly reccomend purchasing them.

These gel heel pads are just ok. I tried them in a pair of shoes that were 1/4 size too big on me and they did help with the fit. I did have to try the pads in a couple of different positions on the back of the shoe before I found the right fit. I also tried them in a pair of shoes that had worn trim at the top of the heel and would rub the back of my heel very uncomfortably. They aren't helpful in this situation, because the pad can't cover the edge of the shoe. As for their sticking power, I think that if you are using them in shoes that you don't plan to walk a lot in (going to church, out to dinner, etc.), they would stick with no problem. However, they may not last long in active situations such as exercise or professions like teaching. They did wash very well and the original stickiness was restored.

Soooo i don't want to be dramatic but i think these gel cushions have changed the relationship I have with some shoes. I decided to test them out on some shoes that have killed my feet to the point where they've remained in my closet unworn. You do have to press down firmly but they have changed my world.

These are great for actually keeping my ballet flats on my feet! They have a soft gel grip feel on my heel, which helps cut down on rubbing. They do not, however, always stay adhered to my shoe as they should. The plus side of this is that they are unlikely to damage my shoes if I remove them.

These seem like they will be a very useful product. Easy to use. Appealing to the eye. Adheres well. Comfortable for sure. I feel like I will be using these more for blister prevention than anything else.

Comfy but rolls up and doesn’t stay in shoes. Stuck to my heels better than it did to the shoes.

These did not last a whole day. Easily came off and would not stick. Waste of money

They don’t stick like the others ones. The slip down in my shoe and now they aren’t sticky anymore. Happened on the first day.

So bad they don’t stick, don’t buy

These don’t stick at all. The second I put my foot in the shoes, one came off and the other one came off and soon as I tried to walk. I had an old pair of heel cushions that lasted 2 years but finally lost their stick. I bought these to replace them but clearly didn’t pick the right ones. I wish I could remember the brand I bought 2 years ago. Can’t believe I paid $14 to throw these away.

I needed these for some heels. If you rub your heel on them too hard when putting your shoe on they’ll roll up, but mine easily re-stuck. Mine stayed on just fine while I was wearing the shoe. My heels went from slipping off every time I took a step to being form-fitted, these are good if you have narrow heels on your feet like me

I made sure to do everything it said to do and they rolled up as soon as I slipped my feet into my boots. I don’t want to glue these to the inside of my boot that’s kind of ridiculous They should just stick. I highly suggest not getting these or anything else that this brand sells because I’ve seen the reviews from the other ones and apparently they don’t stick either. This company really needs to reassess the design and the way it’s made.

Don’t adhere to shoe at all!! I even added water like suggested and after a short wear, it fell off and slid down into my shoe. Do not buy!
