Very thin, lacks a beefy flavor
I tried these for the first time today and I was totally unimpressed. They really don't taste like anything, likely due to how lean they are. The four hamburger patties total to 1 lb, so they are really thin. I don't think they're worth $8.49. The seasoned patties at Target are four for $8.99. They are thicker and have great flavor so I am going back to those.

Never got the item it said there was a technical issue I don’t understand that! It said there was plenty available! I was gonna fix the chili tomorrow so but I don’t have the meat for it very disappointed I was not notified in advance like you used to do!

Where did the beef go?

Wow! I love the ground sirloin beef patties. These make for a quick meal, we don't have to make the patties, we just buy them and add our spices/flavoring. They are lean and grill up nicely. They do not shrink a lot when grilled - such a great option.

Not Fresh!
On June 16, 2025 I bought a 4-pack of these Good n Gather lean beef patties. The 'Use by' date on the package is marked June 27, 2025. I cooked two patties the day I bought them. They tasted fine. I stored the remaining 2 patties in a sealed bag, in the back of my refridgerator. By the next evening, June 17th, the remaining two patties were brown on the outside and smelled bad. Clearly the meat was not fresh. I can only imagine how rancid they would have turned by their 'Use by' date of June 27. Food is expensive. Charging $9.39 for 4 patties is not a good deal if the meat is about to go bad. Buyer Beware!
