A: We've updated the graphics on the NIVEA Firming Hydration Body Lotion Q10 + Shea Butter. This product is now labeled NIVEA Skin Firming Hydration Sheer Hydration Q10 + Creatine. We recently updated our packaging, but our formula and fragrance have not changed. Our product still contains Shea Butter and firms and tightens skin surface in as little as 2 weeks, with twice daily use, and provides 48hr moisture. We recommend this product for normal to dry skin.

Great at firming and making skin thicker
I notice a significant improvement in the skin on my body’s thickness and firmness. I highly recommend this product. I’ve tried all of the Nivea skin firming products and this is the best! It’s been hard to find lately. Hopefully it’s back in stock soon.

Completely disappointed that the new formulation contains of vitamin C. It does not work as well. Please bring it back. It was a tried and true formulation.

I understand that companies are trying to keep up with the times, but if you’re aware that consumers are enjoying said product and it works for them, why would you change the formula? That only guarantees customer loss, therefore profit loss for you the company. Goes back to the good ole saying ‘if it’s not broke, don’t fix it’ Nivea firming with Creatine has made my skin so soft and the extra skin from weight loss looks like a thing of the past since I’ve used this. The new formula does not work as well, it’s thin and watery. I’m quite disappointed. If I see this lotion in store that states creatine carnitine is added in again, I will purchase again. But until then, I’ll look elsewhere or create my own creatine packed lotion.

I wanted to try a different lotion so I picked this up. I absolutely love it! It makes my skin so soft and stays for days. My husband commented on how soft my skin is. I’m so disappointed I can’t find this lotion anymore. It now comes with Vitamin C. I wish they would bring this back. I’ve been searching all over it. Please bring it back!

The Absolute BEST!
I LOVE this product. Not even including the skin firming properties...this lotion goes on so smooth with a light refreshing clean sent. It literally absorbs right into my skin, not leaving an oily film. Its like you never even put anything on, but keeps you moisturized for up to 3 DAYS! And I will admit...I did see changes in my skin after about a week. My skin felt much more plump and smooth with and hydrated boynce.

Soft skin, compliments galore!
I have dry skin but decided to use this product after I saw it on a counter of a reality star. Since using it, I have gotten compliments from people at how great my skin looks and that my skin is soft. Yes there is a scent but it doesn’t last long. It is not an unpleasant smell, it just isn’t the smell of other Nivea products.

I agree with everyone who wrote about the smell. It seems like it would work for smoothing skin but the smell is not lovely and it's just too much and doesn't really fade and my skin sort of itched after putting it on the first time. I'm so sensitive to smell that it may have been that or the lotion itself was making me itch--no rash but just itchy the first time. I did try it twice and even then just on my hands -- but even just on my hands was too much smell. I'm going to return it--I'm sad because I wanted it to work for me and think it might if it had either no smell or a better one, like vanilla or something but never THIS strong.

Be careful
I needed a Benadryl to help me with the allergy I develop using this product. The itching and hives was insane. I used for years the gel and never had problems but since it was impossible to find it I gave the new lotion a try. Big mistake. Too bad the gel was awesome and never had any problems with it.
