All Riedel glasses are dishwasher safe. If you are washing by hand, wash the glass under warm water (use detergent and rinse the glass carefully). To help avoid scratches, ensure your Riedel glass does not have contact with other glasses or metal. To avoid stains, use soft water. To remove stains, use white vinegar. To polish the glass, use two towels and never hold the glass by the base to polish the bowl as the stem could snap due to mishandling. Avoid storing glasses in the kitchen cabinets next to items with a strong odor, as this can taint the glass and influence the wine’s aroma.

Q: I am replacing a set that I purchased in 2018. The empty glass photo looks slightly different, but the photos with wine, look like the glasses I purchased in 2018. Has the shape changed?

Target can never package properly
Everything that I ordered recently from target was damaged in separate shipments due to poor packaging. The wine glasses were broken when received. The laundry detergent was put into a box shorter than the detergent. The box actually arched at the top and of course the detergent containers were busted, leaking all in the box. Idiots!

Incorrect wine glasses
I tried to purchase glasses to supplement ones that I bought from Target several years ago. The website lists the exact same ones/same size & description, but what you receive will not be 15.1 oz Chardonnay (right in photo), it will be 11.33oz viognier wine tumblers (on left in photo). I ordered these 3 times, the first store pick up, 2nd from another store to be delivered, the 3rd online after talking with CS explaining that there's a problem with the labeling & what actual product is, and they assured me that this last time, I would receive the 15.1oz Chardonnay...nope! Spoke with a manager about getting a message to corporate about this mislabeling problem...crickets. It's been over 2 months and still no change. This is why I decided to post the review...to hopefully encourage change.

Waste of money
These are not the usual Riedel quality of wine glasses. Riedel 2 packs usually cost $33. The cheaper fabrication was apparent tupon taking them out of the case. Very light and VERY Fragile. Used 5 times and always hand washed. Went to hand wash them and one glass broke bumping up next to the next one in the water. Don’t waste your money.

Great purchase
Spoiler alert - these are probably the cheapest riedel glasses out there. Because of that, they are surprisingly delicate - handle CAREFULLY. That said, they are still made of crystal and very nice for low end wine glasses! I almost returned them because they were so thin but didn't feel like making the trip and I'm glad I didn't. Now I use these every day, for water and wine. All in all, great purchase.

Great for savoring wine
I've been buying Riedel glasses from Target for years. They are amazing because the lip is thin and fragile. To me, this allows you to better savor the flavor of the wine. Even cheap wine tastes better from these glasses. If you want a sturdy glass with a thick lip, look elsewhere!

Over priced sand
The glasses I purchased are warped. There is a section towards the top that is not as thick as the other sides of the glass. Overall the glasses do feel fragile. I have washed them in my dishwasher, but feel like hand washing is safer. Overall, I do not feel like these glasses are worth the money. Do yourself a favor and buy cheaper glasses and put the remaining money towards a nice bottle of wine. You’ll thank yourself later.

Terribly thin! I cannot believe how much they cost, considering how thin they are! I knew they looked too thin, but figured because they are crystal, it'd be ok. Nope! Broke in the dishwasher. I wouldn't have put it in there (someone else in my house did), but I literally only had them for 2 weeks. Broke into very thin, pointed shards.

Not worth it
Not worth the money. You can find stemless wine glasses for a set of 4 or even 6 for cheaper. These weren't anything special. Disappointed that I gave this as part of a wedding present.
