A: I use it for my retainer too. It's very easy to use, I just drop it in a small bowl of water, then rinse off the retainer before wearing again.

I wear my retainer at night so I wake up, put my retainer in a cup and fill it up with warm sink water and plop the tablet in. It completely sterilized and cleaned my retainer and at night I just rinse the cup and I rinse my retainer and its 1000% okay.

Brought My 3-Year-Old Retainers Back to Life!
I felt compelled to leave this review because the results were truly impressive! I’ve had my Essix retainers for three years, and they had become yellowed, cloudy, and full of plaque. I wish I had taken a before photo to show the difference. I had tried everything from baking soda, vinegar, peroxide, you name it. I was ready to give up and spend hundreds on a new set. Then I found this product, and it completely changed the game! After just a few weeks of daily soaking, my retainers looked nearly brand new. I used a very soft toothbrush after each soak to help with the plaque buildup, and over time, the clear look returned, along with a fresh scent. Poor packaging
The tablets worked fine. The problem was the tablet packaging. The perforation was horrible and would never rip and open up the other tabs in the sleeve. I got a paper cut every other day from the packaging. I would rather buy the national brand.
