Q: what good is it if you can't see the time at night?

A: This clock has an on-demand backlight. Because it is battery powered and portable, it is meant to be kept on a bedside table where you can easily activate the backlight at night. If you want a clock with an always-on display, please look in to getting a cord electric clock instead.

A: The alarm does not last long enough for most teenagers--the alarm is plenty loud and makes a nice high-pitched beeping sound, but only lasts for a minute or two. It does not repeat after that.

I liked that it’s white that’s the only reason I purchased it, to match my room. I didn’t like that the blue light isn’t turned on the whole time. So at night, clock time is off and you can’t see anything. You have to press it and then it turns blue for a little bit. I regret buying it, I should have bought one that has light on showing the time clearly the whole time.

This is a very good alarm clock if you're a heavy sleeper. The alarm is LOUD and it's easy to use. I'm going to find a different one because I am a light sleeper and it pretty much gives me a heart attack with its loud, aggressive noise every morning. I also don't like the brightness of the display when I press the light button. In the middle of the night, this KILLS my eyes. My old alarm clock had a very gentle beep that slowly escalated if you didn't wake up, and it had red dim display that didn't kill my retinas. Gotta go hunt...

I got this clock because it was small and lightweight and perfect for a small bathroom shelf. (It's so easy to lose track of time in there!) Unfortunately, the shelf (lightweight and held up by command strips) collapsed one day (carelessly added too much stuff to it) and the clock fell to the floor and hasn't worked since. It "works" in that the buttons are still responsive and everything, but the display is messed up. Glad I only paid $6 for it. I've never dropped another clock before so I can't say if this is normal or expected behavior post drop, but twas disappointing nonethless. I'm gonna buy another because it fits my needs. I'll just be careful to ensure it doesn't fall next time.

It doesn’t work well and not worth even seven dollars.. not even for $.20 ct. When I set it up for the first day. It woke me up at 2 AM. I didn’t even set an alarm and the next day and it keeps making weird noises every time it goes each minute It’s annoying. Not worth it for anyone I rather spent $20 for an alarm clock quality and more

It's cute and tiny, but the on/off button doesn't work properly and it you push the snooze button to have it light up to see the time it turns of your alarm which seems a inconvenient when you just want to see the time and not turn off alarm.

I bought this clock for work and it's perfect! It's so inexpensive that I won't be too sad if it gets lost or damaged. It is extremely durable, super easy to clean, and the numbers are large enough to read from a distance. Also plenty of room to write your name on the back.

My old travel alarm finally died and I wanted one for hotels that didn't have a plug next to the bed for my cell phone. This one looked like it would work but after putting new batteries in, it would randomly reset itself back to midnight when the top was touched. After setting the time several times and having it reset I threw the piece of junk out.

Stopped working after one year. I noticed the numbers started to become very dim so I assumed it just needed new batteries. When I replaced them the screen just froze and it won’t let me enter the correct time. Garbage, get what you pay for.

Bought 2 of these in August 2023. One is still working but the other is not. The number keeps running wildly and doesn’t stop. Although I like the design and its functionality, I think the quality is unacceptable for it to only last 6 months.
