The first one I ordered had flecks of black missing so you could see the silver of the metal handle. Target made getting a replacement an easy process. I didn’t love the welds on it— but nobody is going to look at it that carefully. It spins well and is small enough for the center of our table to hold an upright napkin holder, salt and pepper shakers, and a holiday decoration.
