Q: Is there a peg you have to push in before you can extend the legs? I see the metal pegs, but I can't push them in and pull on the legs at the same time. Does it take two people to extend the legs?

submitted by RetroProf - 6 years ago
  • A: one person can do by pushing on the pin on one leg and extending then the other.

  • A: Wear gloves so you don't hurt yourself. With table upside down, hold down frame with one foot, press very hard on two pegs. You will eventually make it work. The mechanism does not work smoothly. A cheap, poorly designed and poorly manufactured table that I do not recommend at any price.

    submitted byJoe30330 - 3 years ago
  • A: I agree with the fact that it is impossible to extend legs with one person. Even pressing 1 button while3 pulling is difficult. I rarely use this table in fact this is only the second time and my son and I were unable to extend the legs.

submitted byhbjill - 3 years ago
  • A: Ok folks. I am a "73" year old weakling and had it figured out before I even went to the store to buy. The leg extensions are a '1" person job. 1/ fold the legs out. 2/ push in "1" pin and pull gently until it clears the hole and goes partially into the leg. 3/ push the pin in on the other leg and pull. Bingo it comes right out into the next set of holes. If you want the legs to go into the furthest position just repeat all the steps. I had it "ALL" put together with the legs in the highest position in "2" MINUTES... Happy unfolding.........................

submitted byTarget One - 3 years ago
  • A: I do not agree. I did manage to do it as 1 person but it was near impossible. It also seems that you have to lower the legs every time to fold. I will be returning this table tomorrow.

submitted byBarb - 4 years ago
  • A: Aren't you just precious. The pins on mine will not go in unless they are pushed in simultaneously. I figured it out, but with the help of another person.

This table is the perfect size and the adjustable height is nice. Our only issue is that one person couldn’t set it up alone.. we needed two sets of hands to push the prongs in while someone pulled the legs out. Maybe it would get easier in time, but it was difficult for the first set up. Otherwise it seems sturdy and folds up small!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We often host parties and an extra table always comes in handy. We never invested in one of these because space is tight in our home. I love how compact this table is. It's lightweight, but sturdy and well-constructed. It's quick to set up and tear down and I especially love the handle.

I used them 3 times. The legs were difficult to get down the 3rd time and one of them the locking button fell into the leg and that leg won’t even lock. And of course it’s all outside the return window.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 4 foot folding banquet table to help with family gatherings. We needed more seating room and it works great. Very sturdy and easy clean up. I liked it so much I bought another one to use in my craft room for the grandkids to use while doing their artwork. I also really like that it folds for much easier storage.

We have two of these tables and have used them for so many different things. We have used them for crafts, an extra table to eat on, a game night table, desks for virtual school during Covid, a temporary gaming desk, a food prep area outside when grilling out, a table for serving food at a family reunion. One of them is currently the folding table in the laundry room and the other is folded up and out of the way for when we need it for something. We have definitely got our money’s worth out of these tables! I have had no trouble folding or unfolding the table or adjusting the height and the table is plenty sturdy for all the different ways we have used it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect table since it stores so great, folds in half so it takes less space and is easy to tote around with the pop out handle. I will be getting a couple more of these to have when we have guests and parties. They are perfect for outside and clean up well.

Nice table, like the portability & ease of assembly, but there’s two issues: the adjustable legs are designed in a way that makes them wobbly when extended fully so table doesn’t feel sturdy so that could become a major issue, depending on preference & intended use; there’s also two small gaps in tabletop where the table folds (not bothersome but might be issue some people, & may depend on how it’s used). We are using the table in a way that fully braces it, against a wall & another table, so it’s not a problem but the wobble in the legs might become a major issue for us with a different use in future.

Great little buffet or craft table. I keep it up year-round in our room, covered in a large tablecloth. Super easy to lend to the school for a day if they need to borrow it. Or bring camping. Highly recommend.

Got this table to my event and opened it up to find out how short and small it is. This table could only be used as a gift table because of the size. I should've read the reviews first. Had no idea it was this small and short.
