Amazon Blink Indoor 3-Camera System (3rd Gen) 1080p WiFi

The Blink Indoor Camera is a security system that is wireless and battery operated. It is perfect for the room I am renting in a house with roommates and let's me check in day or night to make sure no one goes in my room or through my belongings. it produces a 1080p HD pixelated picture and is even equipped with infrared night vision. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used an indoor camera before but recently adopted two kittens who are wrecking absolute havoc on my house! I want to be able to see what they're getting into while I'm away and/or sleeping. This option is great - it's battery powered so there are no wires and as an Amazon product, works with Alexa. It was super easy to install and get set up on the app, which also has a whole bunch of options for the cameras! You do need to pay for storage unless you add your own local USB, so that's worth understanding. But it's been great for me and now I know what I need to change around the house so that the little monsters don't destroy it all! Would definitely recommend.

What attracts me to this camera is that it's truly wireless. My home setup doesn't allow me to have access to a plug in places I want my cameras, so this feature is most valuable. So far, the battery life works fine but I can't truly speak on that as I've only used the product for a couple of weeks. The app is also very easy to set up and add devices, which is a good thing. A couple of things I noticed though is that the cameras only capture video when motion is detected, which isn't terrible but I'd rather capture video all day. Motion seems to only work on people, so if you want to detect doors opening, I'm not sure this would work. Picture quality, sound, and install are all great. These cameras are pretty nice and definitely nice to have. The quality is good and they were super easy to set up. The only downside would be that you can only record live videos, you can't go back and record something that happened from tbe past. These are definitely more for just keeping an eye on things. The option to choose areas to detect motion is a plus. So we can just be alerted of movement when it is in the areas of our choosing. Overall, these are nice to have. Just got these set up a couple of weeks ago. Easy to sep up and install. Good picture quality for the price of the units. Can record to cloud for a monthly fee. This was a great investment that was made because now when we in another room or away we can always see what is going on with our little kids all the way up to when no one is home at all. The cams are a easy set u pretty much a plug n play security syste in 2080p HD. It has two way audio which lets you get alerts on your smartphone when motion is detected. You will be able to not only see but to hear, and speak to your kids, dogs, or when someone enters your home. The best part would be you can pair it with Alexa to arm and disarm your camera. I love these indoor cameras. They were super easy to set up and are very manageable to you daily. The blink indoor 2 camera system is a perfect first jump into home cameras. The instructions are succinct and get you up and running in moments. The use of batteries makes placing them anywhere simple. They feature a back and forth speaker system which makes them perfect for a small child’s room when someone just won’t go to sleep. Battery life is incredible, but the trade off is that they snap moments not continuous feed. Using the app and having access from anywhere makes checking in on your house or pet flawless from afar. These Blink Indoor Cameras have been great so far. They are battery operated and wire free. Been using this for our kids rooms similar to a baby camera. Since it’s wire free, I don’t have to worry about entanglements from the wires or them messing around with the electrical outlets. They look great around the room and blend in with the surroundings. Audio is decent and image was surprisingly good. I don’t use the 2 way audio, but it’s a nice feature added. The Blink app is user friendly. I received the Blink Indoor 2-Camera System to use in my house. We have been needing something like this for a long time so I was very excited to try it out. The little box comes with everything you need to get setup right away; the two mini cameras, Blink Sync Module 2, hardware for mounting and 4 AA Lithium batteries (for the cameras). The setup was very easy and straightforward. There is a little manual included and once you download the Blink Home Monitor app everything is laid out step-by-step. You first want to plug in the module which is powered by a micro USB plug. There is also another USB on the device for extra storage. Once you plug it in, you pair it onto your app (home network) than you add your cameras which are powered by two AA batteries (included). The app is very easy to use; you can control the cameras, take pictures, view live and arm or disarm which make the cameras go on once motion is detected. If it detects motion, the camera will take a short video at what it views (which included infrared night vision), it than alerts your phone and those videos are saved within the app. You can decide to save the images for a certain amount of time or delete them right away. There is a bunch of customizations within the app that include customizable motion alerts, targeting certain zones to detect motion, camera sensitivity, clip lengths, IR Intensity etc. You can even see, hear and speak to people or your pets with the live view in real time. I have yet to try my cameras with Alexa but you are able to monitor your home with Alexa-enabled devices. Overall, I think this is an excellent camera system. It’s very easy to install, use and the video quality is great during the day and with the infrared night vision. I like having the option to access the images from the app or expand the storage from the module. The Lithium batteries included should run these cameras for up to two years! My girlfriend and I got this system to set up inside our house and keep an eye on our cat when we're out of town. It is awesome!! The set up is a piece of cake and the cameras are small and easy to place wherever you need them. It's really cool that the cameras only come on when you need to take a peek at what's going on. The Blink Indoor Battery Powered 2 Camera Security System was easy to set up. Once I downloaded the Blink App, I was able to follow the directions in order to link the cameras to the Sync Module. The whole process took me under 10 minutes from start to finish. I like that these cameras are wireless. They are small enough that I can place them anywhere in my house. They even come with a two screw mount if you would like to mount them. I prefer to move them around as needed. The camera's have very good quality color pictures and video. I like that I am able to zoom in with these security cameras, and still have a clear picture. Another great feature of this system is that they can be set to motion detection. One of my favorite features of this system is the 2-way Audio feature. I can see, hear and speak to my children or my pets while I am away, all through the App. The videos can be stored in Cloud Storage if you have a paid subscription. If you do not want the subscription, you can store your pictures or video onto your Blink Sync Module 2 with a USB flash drive. These cameras really give us additional peace of mind when we’re away from home. The night vision is actually really good and the mobile app is super easy to use. They’re small and can be placed in a bunch of places around the house. They also come with mounting hardware, if that’s what you want to do. The only complaint that I have is that me and my partner can’t access the cameras with separate accounts. We have to share credentials, which is kind of annoying. Otherwise, great little cameras!!
