The cheap, garbage like beach buckets set are almost the same price as these but these are significantly better made. The shovels and sand molds are sturdy and don’t bend easily. The bucket is strong with a good handle to withstand a 2 year old. I anticipate this this set to last for years as long as we don’t lose any. Save yourself the hassle of repeatedly buying beach toys and just get these. The only issue I have now is I like this set so much I would be disappointed if my kid loses it.

I purchased this for an older kid - my grandon is turing 5. He'll have some fun playing with this beach toy set on their vacation. The set has everything a kid needs to stay occupied for a little while. It's a well-made, hard plastic set. The tote bag is handy, but the bag is lame and not very sturdy, and probably won't hold up for very long. When the kid comes home from vacation, he can bust up the set in his backyard (how rough is YOUR 4yo grandson?) ;-)

Perfect beach set! We tossed all our random pieces and bought this set. The kids loved it at the beach to build sandcastles, bury their dad in the sand & for general play. Will take to the park to use in the sandbox too. Bag has mesh on the bottom and fits all the pieces easily. Would recommend.

Seems sturdy. Some pieces seemed a little on the small side but definitely a good buy for the price. My only thing is, I wish the bag unzipped all the way around the top instead of half way. It makes it hard for my little man to “make them all fit”. So the bag could be better for transport and storage.
