I hate this vacuum so much. It worked great for about 3 months and then it stopped properly suctioning things up. I can go over the same spot 20 times and it will still leave debris. I've check the hoses and keep the canister clean and still nothing. Such a colossal waste of money and its too late for me to return. Do not recommend.
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! This is picture after vacuuming a two story house and stairs. My Dyson stopped suctioning up and I read a lot of reviews on vacuums (2 dogs, 2 kids). This thing amazes me! I can't believe how much it picked it up. I love the attachments and how it is easy to push.
This vacuum was purchased less than a year ago and today will be the 4th belt put in and we have had to replace the brushroll once and it looks like we'll need to replace it again. The brushroll compartment gets clogged with pet hair and it overheats causing the belt to melt onto the brushroll. This is advertised as a pet hair vacuum! The brushroll shouldn't have to be removed after each session to clean out pet hair to make sure the belt doesnt melt! Why am I doing this! Complete waste of money and false advertising! Class action lawsuit!

Had problems after a few months with poor suctioning. I cleaned the filters many times. Indicator switch always stays on red. Have to keep on the lowest pile setting or bare floor for it to even work. Very disappointing.
