I purchased the steamer a few days ago and barely opened the box to use it only to find out that it doesn’t even produce a little steam. I followed the instructions to a T. Definitely do not recommend this product, save your money. Honestly I feel scammed by Target because this product can’t even do what it was intended to do.

I've had this item before. this is my 3rd time having it. this time when I got it it was missing one item and did not work at all. it just kept making a clicking sound and no steam was coming out. I'm guessing who ever had it in inventory Probally dropped it becasue I know for certain these item are sensitive and you have to be careful with them. it is a great item I just receive a bad one.

Heated up quickly and worked very well. Heating plate is great feature for stubborn wrinkles. Trigger lock is great feature. 4 stars only because water well is too small and you have to refill if steaming more than 2 items at a time. Otherwise, great product.
