Q: how do you un screw the small screw to open the battery box? I tried with multiple sizes and nothing worked.

This is very flimsy and likes to lean to one side so it doesn’t hang evenly. I guess if that doesn’t bother you, then it’s a good choice? I think you could find something better.

Really cute night light and decor. I have been eyeing this for a while, and finally decided to get one while it was on sale. I haven’t had any issues with the lights flickering yet, but we’ve only had it up for a day or two. I don’t intend to use the light overnight, just occasionally while my daughter has quiet time in her room, so hopefully it will last awhile. It comes with hardware to hang it up, but I used a command strip. My daughter loves it!

It’s cute but unfortunately after using it once for like an hour it already barely works and flickers on and off or gets very dim and then goes out completely. Super disappointing. We replaced the batteries thinking it was that and still not working as it should.

Loved the butterfly light until I turned it to surprise my daughter and it started changing brightness. One second it’s really bright and the next it’s dim. My four year old was not a fan. I may return it. It’s pretty without the light though. That’s the only reason I’d keep it.

These are fantastic. Cute, light weight design and my 5 and 8 year olds can manage them at bedtime. They are bright enough to glow and read with, yet dim enough that they don’t bother the other people in the bedroom! I used a strip of 3M Velcro wall hanger pieces to hang this so not to damage the wall.
