11/01/22 My Conair has been in use for about a month and I can highly recommend it. I was using a professional steamer for a number of years and the design of the Conair is far superior. The steamer head has 2 parallel outlets for steam rather than small circular ones that nowhere match the Conairs output. I get done steaming "in record time" and then smile at the result of my efforts with this new steamer! It's easy to move around because of it's back wheels, with a long tubeular arm that extends for a good distance and does not get so hot as to burn your skin if you touch it. Excellent design from a great company!

I bought this steamer and after one use, it started to emit a horrible smell that was a combination of bad morning breath and stinky feet. Luckily, I reached out to Conair and they sent me a replacement! So far, there are no odors and it works perfectly. My only complaint is the steam head is a bit heavy but otherwise, it's great! This steamer effortlessly gets wrinkles out of all my tops and even my cashmere sweaters. I really like the feature that allows me to queue my clothes prior to steaming.

I recently purchased this steamer and have fallen in love with it. This is not my first Conair nor my first steamer but this is the BEST one yet. I am amazed at the powerful steam it produces. My knit tops are always wrinkled even right put of the dryer but this steamer has taken are of those wrinkles and it is quick to do so.

Just bought this a month ago and it exceeded my expectations. Love the two stying . Because of the high and low settings, it works on fabrics I couldn’t steam with previous steamer.

I purchased this last July. It now spits water and does not work properly. However I can’t even report an issue with it bc it says the return window has expired. So it lasted about 8 months. The stand was always very weak and leaning forward no matter how tight it was.

Replacing the stand up Rowenta garment steamer I’ve had for about 8 years or more. Steamer works well but hose is narrow compared to my previous steamer, the handle is rather heavy as it is metal and the steamer is very loud when in use. I steam my boys’ uniform tops weekly, my husband’s work clothes and all my dresses so we use it frequently. For me the weight of the handle would bother me when I have long steaming sessions which would be the point of having the full sized, stand up garment steamer. The steamer is also a bit wobbly when fully extended. That wasn’t too big of an issue as I have a hanging rack next to my steamer but could be an issue if you leave things hanging on the steamer (we did with our old one). The steamer worked well, I have to admit. But due to the handle being heavy and the loudness of the steamer, I had to return. Those were major deal breakers for me. Hope it helps!
