  • A: No. I was bummed about this. It is 1.25 on each side. Was hoping for a 5 split (2.5 each side). If they made one id happily buy as my wife us vegan and im not so we could cook soup at same time and have meat in mine.

I use my crock often ! At least 3-4 times a week. My first crock lasted 11 years before the ceramic broke . The electric part was fine. This one was the replacement and it’s been since September 2022 to now ( January 2023) and it’s already almost all the way cracked through the ceramic !!! Disappointed to say the least. Crappy quality ! The electric part is fine . But this one is leaking and making a mess without the liner . I don’t usually use a liner because I shred the meat with a blender in the pot and it doesn’t end well if you blend it and it hits the liner. You then have a corn dog from the fair of plastic and chicken . 🥴

I spent a lot of time trying to find a crock pot. I loved my old one, but I broke the lid and couldn't find a replacement. I basically wanted something reliable and sturdy with the timer features this one had. I couldn't find a sturdy crock pot. They all seem to only have tripod feet now. So I settled on this one because it had the features I wanted. I used the crock pot about twice. Third time I plugged it in and it wouldn't turn on. It's past the return window, so this is a waste of money. I would definitely not recommend!!!

Non-Stick Coating Scrapes Off

Purchased in December 2021, lasted a year and a half (it’s June 2023). The nonstick coating is coming off. I feel like I had my last crockpot for years before it cracked, so I’m disappointed I got less than 2 years with this newer one. Things are made so much cheaper today!

The last Crock-Pot we had lasted 12 years. We bought this one last year to replace that one and it died on us tonight during a pot roast. Had to throw my whole dinner out and now I have no dinner and no working Crock-Pot. Complete crock and I won’t be buying one from you guys again. Your warranty is garbage and so are your slo cookers.

I have had this crock pot for a year and it worked great for the first few months and then the control to turn on how many hours it would go didn't work. Now a few months later I can turn it on but it doesn't get warm and I can't switch the mode to low or high to get it to go. It broke in less than a year which is very disappointing for the price.

Didn’t cook food

Previously owned similar model with 3 inserts. Large one broke so bought this model. The lid fits better than on previous model but that is the only good thing. Cooked a recipe I have cooked at least 10 times in the previous model. Meat was not done, wasn't brown, sauce was like water. Horrible experience. Will be returning soon.

I had a roast and vegetables in my crock pot as I have done.dozens of times. It had been cooking about 2.5 hours. I was at the sink and heard an explosion. The lid had blown up and glass was on the counter, foor and in the pot with the food. I looked and am finding there replacement is no longer available. Not happy and need a solution.

The lid didn’t fit the 5qrt divided crock. The 5 quart divided crock doesn’t fit well in the medal warming device. There was space causing it to be tippy.

i have to be honest, i don't use crock pots, owned one 20 years ago and it didn't work. this was a test of usefulness and holiday meal hope. the first use was perfect. 3 hours and i had perfect potato soup. this was not a repeatable result. the next use was over 4 hours on high and the potatoes hadn't cooked through. i don't know what was happening. I did not change anything but it didn't work. so Thanksgiving is going to be iffy!
