Q: How do I know what kind of mattress to get with this? Or at least the dimensions? Maybe I am just missing it but if the mattress doesn't come with, that piece of information needs to be clear.

This has been a wonderful crib for our daughter. We transitioned her from her bassinet into the crib at 6 months old and she’s really done with in it. The slats rattle, but are sturdy enough. I’m excited to see how it converts into a toddler bed and if it holds up!

Sadly this crib cheaply made. When we put it together we noticed quite a few nicks in the wood. But they weren't very noticeable so we didn't try to return it. It sat in the nursery until the baby was about 9 months. Once the baby started pulling herself up and walking around she was able to bang her rattle against the wood and making nicks in it leaving little white spots. Then she started biting the railing while teething and leaving nicks in the wood leaving white spots and little pieces of paint in and around her mouth. So she's removed immediately after waking up. This was way too expensive to chip and nick so easily. Obviously teeth are sharp but my oldest daughters crib was cheaper and you could barely see her little teeth marks.

Came here to write a positive review because the majority of all crib reviews are negative. Crib arrived undamaged and was easy to put together. Overall it’s a beautiful crib and I love the arched headboard. It does have a stronger odor to it but I didn’t notice it at all on day 2. Crib does pull more grey than the driftwood color in the online picture. Only giving 4 stars because my daughter has not slept in it yet. Here’s a tip…Make sure you get crib bumpers so your kid’s foot or arm doesn’t get stuck between the rails in the middle of the night. Saw alot of complaints about that so that’s the simple solution.

However, we do know that some consumers can be sensitive to the new odor smell of freshly finished wood. We recommend you try the following. Leave a cup of vinegar in the room overnight to also assist in the odor absorption. Regarding leg entrapment: Leg entrapment can occur in cribs and is a very common incident that unfortunately can happen at any time in any type of crib. Please be aware that all our products meet Federal mandatory standards and voluntary JPMA safety standards. The spacing regulation for all cribs required by law to be sold in the USA must be no more than 2 3/8" between slats, established in order to prevent head entrapment and provide proper air flow. I loved this crib when I saw it online. We set it up in our daughters room and over 2 months later, there is still a paint smell. I don't know if it's because the paint is white. We're actually going to contact the company.

I have this crib in limestone and it’s beautiful! The only reason I don’t recommend this crib is because my toddler got his leg stuck in between the bars pretty bad.

I love this crib. It is great quality and looks beautiful in the nursery, but beware of the bars.... Unfortunately, we are being forced to get rid of it because my son has gotten his leg stuck between the bars several times. He has done it and twisted his knee to try and get out, to the point where he is crying. I am actually surprised there hasn't been a recall yet. It was fine until he started moving around, so it wasn't apparent when we first got it, which is even more of a disappointment, since we can no longer return it and it was pricey :(

Bought the white color crib and was excited till opened the box. Strong solvent like odor filled our room. There is no way we will let our baby inhale all that odor the whole night for a period of time. How can the manufacturer use high VOC materials in baby product is beyond me. I would strongly recommend to air it out for a period of time before use if you have to use it. I returned it. Please be aware that some people don't smell anything and you may need to ask someone to test for you.

Overall I really like this crib! The size is really nice, it’s not too small or too big. It’s fits perfectly in our nursery! The color is more grey than what the pictures show online, it’s not the natural wood look that the picture shows. Just beware of it pulling more from the grey family!

The crib is structurally fine but we have had it in the nursery with window open for 3 weeks and still has a STRONG smell. I wouldn’t want to sleep in a room that smelled like that whether it is toxic or not. Very disappointed!

After less than one year, the paint is chipping off, leaving it unsafe for baby to be in the crib. Baby woke from nap, with paint all over face and hands!! Like most babies, they put mouth on the railings when standing in the crib. NOT SAFE!!!! Very disappointed in the crib and it’s quality!!
