Q: Can you just cook a few eggs?

A: Of course you can make fewer eggs. Why would they give you a rray that holds 7 and another the that does 4 if you couldn't?

Q: On page 11 of the manual (under the title of Mix and Match and COMBINATION) it states, "7 mini omelettes + 4 hard boiled eggs". Please explain how to stack the trays to get this combination.

A: You would stack the 2 poaching trays on the bottom boiling tray and add the 4 eggs to the upper boiling tray. Hope this helps!

Q: the music keep playing for a while, but it never auto-shut off. why?

A: To turn the chime off you are required to toggle the switch to off. While the unit's thermal heating plate will automatically shut off when the water has evaporated, the unit will still require you to turn it off. Hope this helps!

I absolutely love this. I started a new job and they had the smaller version of this at work. I started making hard boiled eggs with it and life’s it so decided to get one for myself. I went for the bigger option as I have a large family. I have hard boiled eggs and dumplings in it and it cooks perfectly. The only negative I would add is it does not lock while you are cooking. So if you have smaller kids I could see it being a safety concern.

Stopped working. We have literally used this 3x once for Easter to make deviled eggs, once to boil eggs to make tuna during the summer, and used it to make deviled eggs for Thanksgiving, and this thing stopped working during the process. This put a damper in our cooking process.

This is a great idea and cooks the eggs evenly. However, there are too many pieces and parts to it. The clean up process and storage is a hassle. I’d rather just make eggs the traditional way in one pot or pan.

I just got this last week and was so excited to use it. The first time I made poached eggs and it worked really well. Unfortunately when I went to make eggs today the machine wouldn't turn on. I'm really dissapointed!

Really simple to use and set up. Had perfectly cooked eggs. My only complaint is the hot plate that you pour the water on will need a vinegar scrub after a few uses, but that doesn't effect the eggs at all so I'm happy :) oh and I wish the measuring cup fit inside the cooker for consolidated storage

Does not allow you to turn off the alarm if your eggs are undercooked and need more time. Eggs cook unevenly between the top and bottom levels. Waste of $20.

It works great. The only thing the hard boil eggs will leak and make a mess sometimes. If your eggs are cold. You use less water to hard boil eggs.
