Ms. Jessie’s eyes lookin a lil cross-eyed and some do seem to have a small hole, but they don’t go all the way through. The toys don’t squeak nor squirt water so I don’t know what the holes are for. I’ll just seal em with hot glue. Either way, baby loves them.

Great quality bath toy or play toy. It has no holes so you don’t have to worry about mold. Two of the toys do have a minor discoloration of the paint but overlooking it. Overall it’s a great toy and a little bigger than I expected.
