A: Before reading the instructions, I actually washed my bag on gentle cycle and low heat dried it just once. Was just like new. Didn’t lose its color or shape.

Ugh, I really wanted to love this bag because the size is perfect and I liked the outside zipper pocket. Unfortunately the material is a dog hair and link magnet. I wish the material was different. Otherwise it's a nice bag and can fit quite a bit of stuff while still being compact. But as a dog owner I need a bag that doesn't collect a ton of dog fur on it.

This bag is made out of a really nice endurable fabric. I love the gingham pattern. I think the price is really fair and I would buy more colors if they had more patterns. I don’t like light colors because they will get dirty quicker and plain black is just boring.

I got the cream. It’s a pretty color, and I love loove the quilted look. The stitching near the top of the actual bag part has been coming undone/loose with minimal use so that’s been annoying, but it doesn’t appear to affect its functionality. I spilled some small spots of chocolate milk on it the first time I wore it and easily spot cleaned it with some cold water and a little bit of laundry detergent. I wish the smaller front pocket was bigger/big enough to fit my iPhone 11; it only fits a small wallet or a couple small things like AirPods, chapstick, keys. I also wish the strap could get shorter or something because it often falls down/off my shoulder. Even though I got it on sale ($18), I don’t feel I’m getting my money’s worth based on my needs and preferences.
