Q: Hi, What is the difference between the "yellow" and "sunflower" colors of this rug? Thanks, Dora

A: I received the sunflower and it isn't handtufted but machine made with bound edges. Totally different than the rug described and pictured here. Intensely yellow and terribly cheap.

Q: Is there backing on this rug? Also, can it be used for both inside & outside?

A: Hello, Thank you for your inquiry! This rug has a canvas backing & is 100% polypropylene, so it can handle outdoor conditions better than a lot of other materials. The material does absorb water well, however it does not take well to constant humidity. I hope this information is helpful to you.

A: Hi, this is Grace with nuLOOM! Thank you for your inquiry. The rug size for your living room is a matter of preference. Generally, the rug should be centered around your coffee table. The rug should be large enough to cover at least the area between you couch and chairs, but can be much larger to cover more floor space. Please be sure to keep your rug and any other furnishings at least 4 feet from a fireplace.

Tried to email company - no response.Rugs came in boxes too small and weak to hold the rugs which were rolled and folded and falling out of boxes - it was a mess.Rugs had areas of missing threads, because of how the were packaged they were misshapen and will not lay flat, they have stripes down length that look like they had tape on them.Love the rug.....dislike that they came so badly treated. I would not recommend the company.
