L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Les Nus Intensely Pigmented Lipstick - 0.13oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] L’Oreal Fairest Nude has been my go to lip colorfor years now. I use a dark stone liner, fill in with the shade and blot. Add a little neutral gloss to the top and bottom center of lips. Pack 👄 once or twice. Perfection!

This L'Oreal lipstick with argan oil has found a permanent spot in my lipstick rotation. It's so amazing, and what a beautiful range of shades!

I’m a lipstick connoisseur. I own over 30 lipsticks, mostly high end brands like Chanel, YSL, Dior, etc…. I know my lipstick because it’s the only makeup that I wear as I’m mostly a skincare fanatic, not into other makeup, nothing as I don’t even wear concealer or foundation. This Loreal lipstick formulation, with argan oil, has found a regular, permanent spot in my lipstick rotation among other more costly, high end brands. It is that good. I hope Loreal never discontinue this line. The colors that I use in this line are Lovely Red (186) and Nu Irreverent (176). I love these colors so much that I keep each in my gym bag, purse, backpack, and at work. Why is this lipstick great? First, the pigmentation is intensely rich. The color glides on smoothly without unevenness. Second, the texture is not not sticky or waxy unlike most drugstore brands. It has a light texture that’s not drying due to the argan oil. Longevity is fantastic yet non-drying several hours into wear. Nu Irreverent (176) is a holy grail nude lipstick in my opinion. It is a brightening nude color that works well in every skin tone. I would describe the color as a bright sienna with a tinge of neutral pink. This is a perfect nude lipstick for those who want a nude lipstick that doesn’t blend the lips into the skin, but give the face a brightening pop. Lovely Red (186) is the perfect red for those who aren’t into cool, blue-based red lipsticks. It’s definitely a warm, vibrant red. I wear it smudged over lip butter for sheer look, or by itself. This is a versatile red that doesn’t clash with other colors, it turns into a neutral red on different skin tones. Bravo to Loreal for making an affordable lipstick that is comparable to more high end brands.

I'm on the hunt for opaque, hydrating lippies. I have chronically dry lips; regardless of masking every AM/PM and exfoliating, the minute I apply anything less than glossy my lips dry up. I grabbed two shades (I will explain them at the end) and immediately swatched them when I got home. The tip of the bullets were so flat/sharp that I was able to line and fill my lips without getting it all over the place. The formula had a slip to it so I was able to clean up the outsides with ease before it somewhat set and I had no issues with bleeding or smudging afterwards. It doesn't have that weird, waxy smell like most lipsticks do and while it feels hydrating it's more of a balmy feel than a waxy feel. I also had no issues with this getting on my teeth (thank goodness) and it only started wearing off, gracefully may I add, after I had a prime rib meal. The colors didn't oxidize and it even played well with the tissue and setting powder trick...I don't recall much transfer after testing it with this lipstick. 10/10 on formula. Let's talk COLORS...Nu Decadent is a very wearable deep red; it almost has a kiss of brown in it. While I love a red lip I don't always feel up to wearing a bold red and I can definitely see this being my night out or colder month fave. Nu Impertinent was the last on the shelf at my Target and I didn't know until I got home and read the reviews that people are saying it's a CT Pillowtalk dupe. I have never tried it so I can't give my opinion on it but this I can see being a daytime color. I am very picky with pinks on my lips because I feel they tend to wash me out but this one looked very nice and actually very close to being a "your skin but better". It may be too pink on me for colder months but I will probably need to wear it a few more times to really form an opinion on it. Overall I am very happy with the formula, color and price on this Clour Riche line. I am light/medium in skin tone with a neutral undertone.

Loved this color on my lips

Love these lipsticks — especially the shade #173 “ Nu Impertinent.” It’s a great dupe for Charlotte Tilbury’s original “Pillow Talk.” I wear this to the office and on date nights. Will be purchasing again!

Love this! Very pretty pink color and perfect for everyday. Smells great and smooth. Don’t know how long lasting it will be but for the price I’m happy.

It was too perfumes. I could not keep it on. Why do they put perfume in lipstick?

This lipstick is a great creamy formula, but unfortunately this color did not work out with my skin coloring.

Was so excited to receive my package after some delay, however, it quickly turned into disappointment when I realized that it was missing a seal and the product has clearly been USED! It takes the convenience away from ordering online when I have to go through the hassle of returning it now.
