Worst pump I have ever used. The let down takes forever to happen, they are super loud, they sound like metal hitting metal to the point it wakes up my baby if I pump in the same room. And no matter how long you pump it never empties you out as it should. Don’t waste your money or time with these.

This pump was ok at first, after a few months the suction is no longer as strong and the cups don’t click together anymore without major leaking and one of them now dies very quickly and won’t hold a charge
Effective but loud

I needed a wearable pump for when I return to work. I had already used my insurance for my spectra so I bought this out of pocket. The device is effective and actually gets my milk flowing faster than my spectra. I stays put underneath my bra and has a nice battery life. The only downfall is that it is quite loud. I have to pump in the other room if my baby is napping. Luckily, I have my own office and can just close the door when I need to pump.
I dont recommend it!

No matter how long I wear this pump it never works is just so frustrating because I wanted to take to work but is just noisy, I pump with this and nothing is coming out and then I tried pumping with different one and it works just perfectly

Hello Yami, thank you for sharing your feedback! Adjusting to a new pump can take time, especially if you're switching from a different model your body has already adapted to. When using our DiscreetDuo, we recommend wearing a bra that securely holds the pump in place and maintains proper nipple alignment, which is crucial for comfort and performance. We recently launched our new Kindred Bravely for Lansinoh Nursing & Wearable Pumping Bra which is specifically designed for this. Adjust the pump within the bra as needed to ensure the right compression for an effective pumping experience. Additionally, it's important to check that you're using the correct flange size, as this can significantly impact the pump's performance. If you are using too big or too small of a flange, it will impact the suction of the pump. If you need help finding the right flange size, please send an email to customerservice@lansinoh.com. Thank you.

Motor bigger, motor louder, after 2 months with new parts feel like suction only was half of what it was, some are loud when closing milk containers, it's good if use few times a week not all the time, only few parts to wash-( little spot hard to clean if you dont have small bristle brush), but quality over all is just okay, would i buy again-nope, waste of money - should be cheaper

Very disappointed - 1 month ago, Verified purchaser
Easy to use, clean, and works amazing! I have not encountered any issue with this pump. My biggest regret is not getting it sooner. I've been using Lansinoh's wearable pump for over a month now, and I am never going back to using the pump with the cord. It is easy to use. I have no technical issues with the pump. I did have issue with the leaking the first few times using this product but once I figured out what I was doing wrong, I never had a leaking issue since, which is to make sure the container is fully shut to not let any air in or out then when pouring the milk, I would drain it out of the spout.
Love this pump!

I got this wearable pump, so I could be free to do things around the house while pumping. I’m so impressed! I love this pump and now use it, daily. It’s perfect to take to work and pump on the go. I’ve had this pump for about 1.5 months, and all of a sudden 1 of the pumps is so loud. Like the motor is grinding. No idea how or why it’s doing it. Still pumps good, but I’m afraid the motor is going to die. The pump is still new!

I, like many others in the reviews, selected these through my insurance. I am so disappointed in the quality of these pumps. While they empty me pretty well, they're very uncomfortable even painful at times despite being fitted with flange size by a professional, they're loud, bulky, one of the motors is already dying and part of the cup that "clicks" into the motor broke off with normal use. My son is only 2.5 weeks old and I'm looking at other pumps. I'm so disappointed that I know have to purchase something out of pocket that was previously covered in full by my insurance.

Started using the wearable (not the discreet duo) a couple days ago and after about 4 oz of milk, it leaks out of the flange and gets everywhere. Not 8oz like described.

I received this pump in November of 2023, but had to have a replacement in March 2024. The battery life has been amazing. I can pump on my way to my mothers, three hours away, and still have battery life while I’m there. I pump while I’m walking with my kids, I can easily get to capacity, pour, and go again. The Momcozy flange inserts are a great fit! I’ve used several, but this one is the GOAT!

Complete waste of money! The cups don’t hold suction that well causing it to leak. They’re so bulky causing them to not hold onto the nipple well anytime you make a move. Customer support sucks also.
1 reply from Lansinoh Team team - 2 months ago
Hello Vanessa, We're sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your feedback. Proper suction is essential, and it sounds like the pump may not be achieving the right compression. We recommend using our new Kindred Bravely for Lansinoh Nursing & Wearable Pumping Bra, designed specifically to help secure the pump in place. Ensuring your nipple is centered and using the correct flange size are also key steps for maintaining a proper seal. If you need further assistance from Consumer Affairs, please reach out to wecare@lansinoh.com.

I waited so eagerly to buy this & use it. Especially since I love their regular one. Last year I bought the Amazon brand for my son & looked forward to this one with my daughter this year because I thought this brand would be superior to it. Sadly it isn’t. I have only used it a few times but I’m not impressed at all especially since I paid 200$ for it and the Amazon ones were 90$. This pump feels cheap and awkward. Also it does not have a way to be set on the counter standing on their own. They tip over and spill everything! & as a breastfeeding mama you know this is the biggest fear! I’m not very big chested but it feels like it’s not made for breast bigger than an A cup. Like I said I’ve only used it a few times so that may be it & I’m not familiar with it yet But honestly so far the cheap Amazon brand is by far better than this pump!

Hi M9hndrx, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear that the Wearable Breast Pump hasn’t met your expectations so far. We understand that transitioning to a new pump can take some time. Our pump is designed to accommodate various breast sizes, including larger volumes, and for the best results, we recommend wearing a bra to help secure the pump and maintain proper nipple alignment. We suggest our new Kindred Bravely for Lansinoh Nursing & Wearable Pumping Bra, which is designed specifically for a secure fit. Adjusting the pump within the bra can also help achieve the right compression for an effective pumping session. Regarding placement, we don’t recommend standing the pump upright on a countertop, as it is designed to rest on the flat side of the collection cups with the flange tunnel facing upwards. We truly appreciate your feedback, and if you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to send them to wecare@lansinoh.com.

Love this pump! Modes are super easy to understand and set. It doesn’t feel heavy at all and it allows me to do some chores while I’m pumping. It’s very effective as well, it gets me almost the same amount of milk as my stronger pump.

Don’t buy. The pumps doesn’t have an airtight seal so it Leaks horribly, doesn’t hold a charge, is heavy so it slips down from the nipple causes leaking, the battery is so huge you can’t see if your nipple is getting sucked, absolutely frustrating to use. You’ve been warned.
1 reply from Lansinoh Team team - 2 months ago
Hello Jb12345, When using our Wearable Pump, we recommend pumping in an upright position—whether sitting or standing—and ensuring proper nipple alignment for optimal comfort and performance. For added support and to keep the pump securely in place, we suggest trying a hands-free pumping bra, such as our new Kindred Bravely for Lansinoh Nursing & Wearable Pumping Bra. This bra is designed to provide the right compression and stability, enhancing your overall pumping experience. Please avoid using the pump while lying down or sleeping to maintain proper orientation and performance. With that said, we would like to learn more. Please send an email to wecare@lansinoh.com and a member of our Consumer Affairs team will assist you further. Thank you.

I’ve had this pump for 2 months. It leaks, it’s top heavy, it’s loud, and not very discrete because the top sticks out so far. Definitely have to sit and not move around while using or else the pumps move around and you lose suction. Wish I would’ve gone with the cheaper option or another brand instead of paying an upcharge for this being an upgrade pump. Would not recommend this pump as I hardly use it.

Hello Victoria, Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Wearable Breast Pump. We're sorry to hear that the pump hasn't met your expectations. The design, including the motor placement at the top of the collection cups, is intended to balance suction and portability, which can make it slightly more noticeable under clothing. While some movement is possible, maintaining a stable position during use helps prevent shifts that might affect suction. We understand that each mom's needs are unique, and we're always here to offer guidance on getting the best results from your pump. If you need any further assistance, please send an email to wecare@lansinoh.com. Thank you.
