A: Hi Helppls...you do not connect your music to the projector light. The projector has 3 sound-reactive modes that are controlled through the remote - Music 1: Light on/off, Music 2: Color Changing and Music 3: Strobe Light. Sound reactive mode depends on volume and distance of the music source. Hope this helps!

It's just okay. The light options are fairly attractive, and the unit I was sent is quiet enough in operation on USB power. But the remote buttons mostly do nothing, or duplicate functions (ex.: the On/Off button and the "Music 1" button both turn the device off). Does not seem to respond AT ALL to sounds or to music. Maybe I am not enough of a fan of heavy metal, but even banging on the table next to it doesn't produce a response. It does rotate, and the speed buttons on the remote DO work.

I got this as a Christmas present and it is so perfect! I took it out of the box to make sure it worked before I gave it away and it is exactly what I was hoping for! I want to get my own now! However the “music” feature doesn’t seem to work well. Apparently you’re supposed to have the music source close to it but either way mine doesn’t seem to react. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but either way, I really enjoy this little thing! It’s so pretty and doesn’t take up space at all!

So at the school I work at we do “Funky Friday” We made a dance floor and all and so as part of a fundraiser all the kids got these mini usb disco lights and it looked really cool on our stage in the dark and I was like “oooh I want one” then I started googling to see what I could find and stumbled across this I finally bought it and oh man do I love it!! It’s only $15 too! I used it at the school and the kids loved it they even made a game with it. I brought it home with me just to see and oh man I had my own party in my room!! The music react feature is so amazing! I plan to buy another just for home! Now one of my students did drop it today on accident and it came apart but nothing broke just the plastic fell off which was really easy in my opinion and I was able to snap it back together but it still worked which was fine.
