Step 1. Draw this precision liquid eyeliner along the upper lash line. Step 2. Let the liquid liner dry for 20 seconds. For removal: Press and hold a makeup wipe on your lid for three seconds, then glide the wipe across the eye area. Repeat if needed.
Warning: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage and in extreme cases, even blindness. A: It’s a felt tip. Way to be unhelpful Maybelline, didn’t even answer the question. That said, DON’T BUY THIS. IT’S TERRIBLE. The only reason it has 4/5 stars is because a whole bunch of questionable reviews from Influenster rated it 5 while all the legit, customer reviews are 1s!

I'd used many eyeliners over the past 20 years and this is by far hands down the most horrible liquid eyeliner I'd used. Please pull this off the shelf. You shouldn't be selling it. It's clumpy and really hard to draw and glide on a line without being jagged around the edges. Why is it so clumpy?? Waste of money buying this.

i’ve been using this eyeliner for nearly a year now and it’s my go to, the dark henna brown compliments my eyes so much and i love it so much but recently (the last week or so) i went to buy a new one as i normally would but it was so watery and the colour barley showed up, i thought maybe it was just the shop i bought it at so i went a few days later to get a new one elsewhere and same problem. it’s like putting water paint onto a paper and the consistency is the same too. i’m not sure if it’s a new sample but please bring the old one, i beg 🙏🙏

I didn’t know an eyeliner could be this bad. It’s watery, clumpy, and has next to no pigment. I bought it because they were out of my usual Nyx liner. Never doing that again. This will be returned immediately.

This eyeliner has got to be one of the most disappointing things I’ve spent money on. It peels off, creases, blink wrong and it messes up. I absolutely hate this eyeliner. Definitely a 0/10 would not recommend. Going to throw the rest out. Doesn’t stick at all. Sincerely, a very disappointed goth chick.

The only good thing about this eyeliner is that it’s very well pigmented. It is not smudge proof AT ALL and it DEFINITELY does NOT last up to 36 hours. I do not recommend. Very disappointed ; I expected more, especially for a price like that.

This eyeliner is the best one I’ve tried so far. Reasonable price, easy application, lasts all day (even in the heat). I’m someone who has hooded eyes and oily eyelids and I’ve struggled with eyeliner in the past because it will disappear within hours of wear. But this eyeliner lasts all day and easily comes off with standard makeup remover. 10/10 would recommend!

I really liked it however it can get chunky if you keep reapplying it. It stays on for so long and I love how you can peel it off. It's easily to remove when you are taking off your makeup.
