Missing items. Arrived with only 3 baskets. Fourth basket missing. Only option available is return and refund. North worth the weeks of waiting and the cost of the item. I just want my fourth basket.

Definitely follow the instructions. The washers are plastic and some of the wires bend but you can bend them back into place. I struggled putting this together so definitely take the time to decide where you want everything to be first so you don’t have to redo it. My shower knob was too bulky at the bottom so I changed everything to have the towel holders at the bottom and give the knob adequate space. Also the top of my shower head was too bulky to put the closing part of the top on it so I just left it off and it still hangs. ANYWAYY although my hands hurt now I’m happy to have gotten this shower caddy. I know it’s going to hold everything I use and I’m very happy to clean up my shower. Definitely suggest! So happy to have found this unique & useful shower caddy
