Curtain had a ton of strings hanging off of it when it came to us. We unpackaged it thinking it was maybe just a stray thread but it was coming unraveled in mulitple points on the hem. We returned this item as it was very poor quality. The "print" of the colors was also running together on many of the panels.

The material is kind of a soft polyester. It seems a little bit water resistant but this part should always be kept outside the shower, and we combined it with a $3 vinyl clear liner for the wet side. The color in my photo isn't super accurate but the true color does match the one shown at the Target website. Looks sturdy and durable as well.

Loose threads everywhere when I unfolded the item, similar to a picture posted by a fellow reviewer. The curtain slits where the hooks would go look like they would totally rip with slight pressure. Package also doesn't come with a cover so make sure to wash it before use. Thin and not heavy, very light material. Decent colors though and good length. Guess it's truly you get what you pay for

I didn't have high expectations for such a low priced shower curtain, but it was a nice suprise. The colors are rich & vibrant and the weight is not too flimsy. I do recommend the use of a liner (buy Double Glide Hooks - Made By Design). There were a bunch of loose strings on the curtain but the seems looked ok.
