Q: What flanges does this pump come with multiple flanges or just 24's?

A: Just 24 you will need to purchase flange inserts. They do not carry in stores. Amazon is the best place to get them. You can get a 6 pack for 8$

A: The directions say that using a dishwasher is not recommended because it gets too hot and may cause the parts to not last a long.

A: Hello, this mainly depends on the diameter of the nipple. The largest flange currently available is 27mm. You can measure it first. As long as the flange size is suitable, mothers with large breasts can also use it.

A: Hi, please clean the silicone fittings after each use, you can also sterilize them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. If you pump more frequently, then you don't need to sterilize it after every use.

Q: if i buy this kit will it come with everything i need no extra purchase necessary? also i have a hand pump from the hospital i use a 24 and 27, will it still work if i use 24 on the 27 nipple?

A: Hello, the S9 Pro-K pumps include three sizes of inserts and two 24mm flanges. If you need a 27mm flange, you will need to purchase an additional one.

The seal is pretty annoying to get on. And once you do have it on, there’s been several times where it opens back up and leaks everywhere. It would be nice to have the on an occasion when you need to pump and cant wait to get home. My spectra does a much better job overall.

Just not useful
I bought this pump hoping to be hands free at the office. Unfortunately, it is just an awful product. I have a private office and it is so loud that everyone can hear it anyway. Way louder than my other pump. I bought it in store so didn't see the reviews. Target obviously won't let me return it but i think it's incredibly unfair that they're even continuing to sell such a terrible product considering these reviews. I even bought the protection plan just in case but no one is willing to stand behind this product and give me my money back. It sucks to have just thrown $130 away and it seriously makes me reconsider shopping at target for these products again. I had considered target a trustworthy retailer but this is worse than a brandless item on amazon.

DO NOT BUY
I just want to cry. My milk supply dipped after being sick and I’ve been working VERY hard to increase it. I bought this pump because I needed something hands free and this was the worse pump to buy. I am soo tired of my milk leaking out from the bottom of this poorly designed pump. I’m angry and want my $$ back! I really don’t have $120 to just throw away but this thing is trash. If you want to waste breast milk buy this

Saved my EP journey
Absolutely LOVED this pump. I loved it so much that I bought a second set. These were the only way I made it through my EP journey. Honestly, these were my primary pump and thankfully emptied me better than any other pump I’ve tried. The only time they leaked was when I moved too much or didn’t secure the flange correctly which was just a handful of times. If I need to EP, for our next baby, I will definitely be using these.

I cried
I cried for an hour because no matter what we did it wouldn’t pump and when it did the one leaked everywhere because one was defective. The one that didn’t leak out the bottom, It suctioned to the breast but it wouldn’t pull the milk. I felt like a failure as a mother and got really depressed. Target policy is no returns on opened items but I called the customer service and I was able to get a refund, so at least there was that, but this pump honestly made everything so much worse and really messed with me emotionally.

My first wearable pump so not 100% sure what to expect but I can say they do not empty me as well as my spectra and they’re kind of painful. I ensured my flange size was correct (same size I use in my spectra) and they always leave me very swollen after a pump session. On the bright side they aren’t super loud and allow me to move around and get tasks done while pumping.

I like that it’s hands free. But the suction is awful. It has good suction for maybe five minutes then the suction is bad. The batteries/pumps die fast you have to put them right back on the charger if you want to have any suction at all after one pump.

These pumps are HUGE (not discreet at all). They’re loud. The “seal” on the actual pump itself constantly comes apart from the pump (yes I am putting it together properly). So much milk has leaked from this pump when I try to use it. Incredibly frustrating. I will be investing in a better pump. These were a cheap option-I guess you get what you pay for.

Don't Cry Over Spilled Milk
This was the most infuriating product that I can’t even get a refund over. No matter how many online forums or how-to tutorials I watched helped the product work for me. The seal popped off mid-pumping every single time, wasting precious breast milk. I wish I wouldn’t have bought this. It was time-consuming to assemble the pieces, and again, the design always led to spilled milk. Not worth what I paid.

The cups on these are horrible to put together and they leak so easy. Was pumping and over a oz leaked out because the cups don’t wanna stay together.

They leak a ton.
Do not recommend, these leak a ton and do not fully suction to your breast which leads to more leaking and it is extremely frustrating. And they are not strong enough to help unclog your breasts. You would have to manually fix the clog and then use the pumps.

My favorite pump
My favorite hands free pump. If you take them out correctly you will have no leaks. The suction is very comparable to spectra but better since the flange is silicone material. If there is milk left in the flange it will leak out if you hold at a certain angle. Minimal parts makes washing very easy
