I wasn't sure how this game was going to be received when I previewed some of the more personal questions, but I needent have worried. I played with a group of 8 and we had a blast! Yes, there were lots of groans and blushes at the cards, but everyone was into the spirit of the game and we learned things about each other we probably shouldn't have, but there were tons of laughs and we could all still look each other in the eyes at the end. Not sure I would play with my parents, but with friends ....absolutely!

This game is fun and has several versions in the rule book to use depending on the group you are playing with and how difficult that you want to make the gameplay. The questions run the gamut from tame to very naughty. I played with my 17 year child and did take some cards out before playing so we did not totally embarrass each other. We also drank sodas instead of the adult beverages that certainly could be used for this game. The cards are easy to read and everything fits perfectly back in the box when gameplay is over. 4 stars for just being careful about some the cards.

We played with adult beverages (those of us who are legal to do so) This game is PERFECT for get togethers. I will caution you - you're going to get to know each other's secrets. The game is simple. It's easy to read and easier to set up. Included is the website for expansion packs and similar games including the family friendly version. We played for hours and I know you will too. Funnest addition to my "Girl's Night Out". I love this game and the looks of horror we all gave one another.lol

I got the Never Have I Ever adult version game and we played it and laughed so hard I cried. After reading the game instructions we actually altered it to fit our lifestyle because we dont drink, so we all took 10 cards, and we had to pick a card of something we had never ourselves done to read out loud. Anyone who said they had done it had to drink pickle juice and pull another 2 cards from the stack. If you hadnt done it you could discard a card or trade one. And we went around the table 10 times and whoever had the most cards at the end of the rounds was the big loser and had to eat a pickle which some didn't mind, and others didn't like. This was so much fun, and you find out a lot about people that you may or may not want to know. We ended up playing until we had to recycle some of the cards because everyone wanted to "do another round" and we ended up playing for well over 2 hours before we started winding down. I opened 2 jars of pickles. But it was a fun game, and I can think of many variations of how to change up the rules. The game gives you 3 variations on how to play but you can always alter like we did and make it fun for all the adults you are playing with. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because even though it says 17+ I feel like you should probably read the cards before letting even a 17-year-old play. VERY Adult topics.

I really learned a lot playing this with my now adult nieces and nephews. A lot of fun.

This game was alright when we played with friends. It attempts to be like cards against humanities but just isn’t quite there.

Honestly one of the best drinking games, a must have for sure!

We honestly gave up on the rules and just decided to go through the cards until someone had to put down 10 fingers....too many cards were insanely specific or outlandish that we'd go through like, 5-10 cards at a time before it actually applied to anyone. Waste of money.

Brought this to a party of middle aged women with plenty of juicy history, yet it was boring. The instructions to the game (rule cards) made it more complicated than necessary, not in a good way. By the time we’d figure out who got the card played (for a “point”) it’d lost all funniness. Lot of the cards were really lame, too. Use your imagination to come up with your own “never have I ever” statements and you’ll have way more fun. I will now drink to “Never have I ever wasted my money on a game”.

This was a gift so I haven’t actually got to play yet.
