    Color is wrong

    The rug is nice however, there is no black it is actually gray. That was disappointing and the cost to return the rug was ridiculous.

    This rug is gorgeous!! I read reviews before purchase and so ordered a thick rug pad as suggested and am glad I did because the rug is very thin on its own. I am still very pleased with this purchase because the quality and style of the rug is so worth the little extra for a rug pad. It’s really beautiful!

    We enjoy the rug. Fits within the design of our living room. It was helpful to read other reviews to know what to expect (ie. cream/grey colors). A little disappointed with a small run in the carpet and flecks of orangish fibers.
