Easy to use and stays on. But I have to agree with the other reviews that it eventually starts to leak. The cap can sometimes catch a bristle and ruin the sharpness it’s designed for. I haven’t decided if the leaking outweighs the greatness of this eyeliner. It’s flat, matte, and doesn’t get weirdly thick in comparison to the water proof liquid liner. The liquid liner is still a staple for me, but it’s incredibly difficult to remove and this pen is not. Don’t get it twisted, I will sleep in this eyeliner and wake up with all my eyeliner still intact. Go out all night w no issues. But my eyes don’t hurt after washing my makeup off so a win is a win

This used to be my favorite eyeliner. Except I experienced the worst thing on earth. The felt tip pen malfunctioned and collected so much eyeliner, it dripped into my eyeball.. it was such a scary experience and I feel like consumers should not have to worry about checking a liner pen to ensure it’s quality prior to each use. Be warned the felt tip pen collects a lot of liner and check it before each use.

Very easy to use and doesn’t come off when crying. I have been buying this eyeliner for years to create cat eyeliner wings and no other brand has compared. I have worn it to all day festivals and it has never failed me. The last time I bought one it was defective and leaked but I returned it and got a new one that worked perfect.

I absolutely love this eyeliner. Does not budge at all, but so much gets wasted because of the packaging. Once I finish one eye I either have to rush and hope I'll finish the second eye before it starts oozing out or just wait for it to start oozing wipe off the excess then go in for my second eye.

I’ve bought three of these to try it out, thinking perhaps I got defective ones. Nope, they all leaked so much it bubbled up. Took forever to dry, probably because so much product leaked out. Also not the least bit resistant, you can take it off with water not even makeup remover.

This is the only thing I use for winged liner other than the Tattoo liner by KVD but since finding this one I have never looked back! This ish stays on alll day, even after crying for me. It comes off easily with a bit of makeup remover on a cotton pad though. I even use this to tight line on days that I wear lashes. The ONLY eyeliner you need if you’re a cat eye girlie !!
