submitted byTerra - 3 years agoTarget staff supportA: I just purchased this today. There is a stick on the back that says, "FOOD SAFE." It's made of mango wood. As with all woods, you never really want to submerge wash items so that it doesn't damage it.
submitted byTeri - 3 years agoA: Directions says spot or wipe clean. This is due to the materials of Mango wood. Since it is wooden it is not suitable to submerged in water. Just wipe clean well with food grade cleaner!

Gorgeous, but very poor quality if you plan on using it vs decor. It started splitting at a seam, and then continued to get worse. I had used it as a charcuterie board, so used water to rinse it off and dried immediately, and it just kept getting worse. I had hoped for a peice that would last years, and I returned this within a month. The replacement was worse.

Run, do not walk to get this item. It is very beautiful in person, and very large and impressive. You can make a very nice charcuterie plate using this or just serving tray. Really great deal and purchase. Definitely much more expensive than the price.

I would give this zero star. I purchased this and quality was terrible. There were chips in the “wood” and what looked like paint splatter. I received a replacement and it was even worse than the first. I ended up taking back for a refund, I really liked how the board had handles but the quality wasn’t worth the price

It is a pretty piece that is why I’m giving it two stars but after getting home from picking up my curbside order when I realized my tray was cracked on one side and the lip of the tray is lifting from where it is cracked. I should have inspected it before leaving the park lot.
