The Perfect Fitness Multi-Gym is a portable gym system that can be used as a doorway pull-up bar or for sit-ups, push-ups, and dips. All Perfect Fitness Multi-Gyms target arms, chest, core, and back muscles with workouts that ensure maximum muscle engagement. They feature padded handles that provide 3 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip, and hammer grip pull-ups, and a 300-pound capacity making it safe to use with a weight vest. Multi Gym Pro feature an additional wide grip position. When turned over, all Multi-Gyms have padded handles for comfort and to help ensure correct form doing sit-ups, push-ups, and dips. The Multi-Gym Pro features patented door frame guards that use a unique flat design with thick foam pads to help protect doorframes. All Multi-Gyms are easy to install and does not require any drilling.

Q: I have a very tall/wide doorframe (7.5” from outer to inner edge). Can this bar rest on the top *and* pass under the bottom of my wide doorframe?

A: The Perfect Multi Gym Pro will fit on doorframes up to 6" tall. A thick doorframe on the sides should not impact the ability of the Multi Gym Pro to fit as long as the doorframe width (inside to inside) is within range (28-35").

A: Hello mjohnson, The Multi gym Pro is capable of 3 grip options so you can perform: close, normal or hammer grip pullups. the Hammer Grips are the padded bars sticking out, the Close Grips are located in between the Hammer Grips, and the Normal Grips are the handles on the furthest end of the bar. It's a pretty solid pull up bar. My only problem is that there isn't a foam grip in-between the hammer grib and wide grip, which is the perfect spot for normal pull ups. All in all, not disappointed; make sure your door has enough ledge at the top of the frame to support it though.

The bar works great, it’s simple to put together and everything is provided. My only issue was it scratched up my door trim, like made some pretty big gouges in it. I tried padding it to where the contact was made but that didn’t help. If you don’t care about damaging your door then use it.

Works very well, no complaints! Sticks well to the wall and holds my brother’s weight on perfectly (he’s 170) the bar can withstand up to 300 lbs. I was initally worried that the pull up bar wouldn’t be sturdy enough to hold his weight but i’m glad to see i was proved wrong. Will definitely buy products from here again in the future.

...it makes zero sense that there isn't padding between the narrow and wide grips for a more normal grip. Unless you're already good at pull ups, it's difficult to jump from narrow grip to wide grip without a progression in between. In its current form, I can't recommend this when other pull up bars DO have that normal width available. Add that padding and I'll change my tune.

Highly recommend this bar. It’s convenient as you can remove it from the wall and put it back on when you want. This one fit in my door frame well as the ones where you have install with the screws was not it. Only annoying part was the initial installation but once you get past that it gets the job done and is sturdy

Works well, have had no problems in the few weeks I’ve used it. The assembly can be a bit difficult due to the material and design of the screws as holes. My two connecting wall pads don’t stay 100% connected as there is still wiggle room even when following the instructions, and that shouldn’t happen for any pull up bar

I was really scared this thing was going to fall down and me with it but that has not been the case. I still have a few trust issues, but it has proven stable, strong, and solid. My personal trainer is more excited about it than me . . . I am warming up to it. I might share his enthusiasm with time.

The good. Easy assembly. Solid steel construction, 3 different grip locations, foam padding, and adjustable width. No marks on the wall. The bad. The two pieces are connected via a friction dimple located in the middle of the tubing. A bolted connection would be better. The foam grips are wide or narrow for pronated or supinated hand positions. A foam grip for shoulder width is absent.

Love the pullup bar. Feels very sturdy and well made. Giving 4 stars because I wish the product was a little wider. I have a standard size door frame and the handles/pads only cover about an inch of the frame on each side. Seems maybe this was tailored to more narrow door frames.

Solid pull up bar, relatively easy to assemble and as advertised. Would recommend as cost competitive, functional multi grip option that can easily be put on and taken off door at will for workouts. Thick padding and no damage to door with regular use.
