IT feels durable although in my case it wont get much ware. I intend to use it for the next couple of years until the next generation internet becomes the norm.

I had some others on hand, but they were all too short. The 10 feet on this one is perfect and just to try it, I moved closer and used the shorter ones to compare to this one and the difference is insane. It’s like an Olympic runner versus how I would run if I ran. If you need to stay wired and don’t use Wi-Fi, this is a great choice.

Using the Philips Cat8 Ethernet Cable has really made those things much easier. I am finally able to leverage the gigabit speeds from the internet provider.

My Cat5 kept disconnecting me from the internet. I haven't had that issue at all since switching. Also my games run so smooth, very little to no lag, and updates are done quickly.

This is a high quality cable that has drastically improved the speed of my twitch streaming in competitive gaming I do from home. Its build quality is great too I can tell the cable that’s gonna last a very long time . I’ve always bought ethernet cables based off of which one was the cheapest but now I know you get what you pay for this is the gold standard .

My network is the fastest option available, fiber up to 1gb, which seems to be the fastest for residential use in general. The cat8 is probably overkill for what's needed, but no harm in future proofing!

The database is over 25TB in size, so being able to use 40Gbps vs 10Gbps saves quite a bit of time when it comes to transfers.

I also notice less lag and disconnect because of this cable. Upgrade to CAT8 today if you want to enjoy faster internet speeds.

Once this thing is on it's really really hard to press the release to get it off. I had to take a razer knife and "modify" mine. this may not be an issue for your applications but it was a problem for me
