It's gentle but does such a thorough job, it's almost like getting your teeth professionally cleaned at the dentist! It has great features - lights up and flashes if you press too hard (which I used to do a lot), and different settings on the type of cleaning (gums, deep clean, etc.). The charge lasts forever as well. Could not recommend any more highly! :)

I dropped it and it automatically stopped working. there wasn’t even a mark on the toothbrush but that shouldn’t of happened for the price. It’s completely useless now. This is the second tooth brush from Phillips and the first one just crapped out after a yesr.

When Philips first released the vibrating sonic toothbrush years ago, it was cool but I didn't like the tingle and rattle especially if you didn't aim right, but these models and design recently are way more comfortable and forgiving. Best purchase all year and a good investment.

Hello, It is very unfortunate that the product stopped working after 3 months of purchase. It just stopped vibrating, and no lights flash when I put it on the charger. How can I replace this item?

The residue is causing the power button to become stuck and not turn on. We recommend wiping down the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. If you haven't used your toothbrush in a month or more, the battery may have died. Place the handle on the charger. The battery is charging, but it may take a few minutes for the battery indicator to light up. To fully charge your toothbrush, try using a different outlet. A faulty power source connected to your charger may prevent your toothbrush from charging. We hope this was helpful. If not, please reach out to us via social media. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my first brush with my DiamondClean, I was amazed at how clean my teeth felt in comparison to my old standard toothbrush. Sonic toothbrushes are disconcerting to use at first as they're much more "intense" than even a standard electric toothbrush, but you get used to it quickly, and will never go back to using your old toothbrush. It is one of the best investments in my health that I've ever made, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to increase their dental hygiene routine. Would give 4.5 stars (instead of 4) if I could, with the only reduction in rating being due to the accompanying app performing slowly, and having a slightly "clunky" UI/UX.
