You're basically buying an empty litter bottle. Nothing for the experiments are included. You even have to buy a balloon.

Havent been able to use it since it requires extra ingredients for every experiment. Maybe I missed something when buying but find it very annoying.
Cute set, but have to buy all ingredients for experiments separately

This is a cute set for experiments, but I was really disappointed to open it up with my son and find out that none of the actual experiment ingredients are included in the box. We have some of the ingredients in our pantry, but there is something we need to buy for EACH of the 6 different experiments. So frustrating! Some of these things could have easily been included in the box (such as glitter, a balloon, seltzer tablets, pack of Mentos, small bottle of baby oil, etc.). It’s really disappointing.
Doesn't come with anything except a container

if you like paying $20 for a fancy soda bottle, then buy this. You need to spend like another $20 for all the key materials to even complete 1 experiment. I bought this for my daughter, and it is just sitting there because I still need to order the other things. Save your money, this product is pure margin.
Not worth the money

My son was all excited about doing the geyser and it only went up like an inch. save your money and buy a coke bottle and mentos. much cheaper and better result.

You can't do anything unless you go to the store and buy all the ingredients. This is basically a plastic cup and some funnels that aren't even labeled. The instructions are terrible. This causes complete misery, have fun listening to your kids scream about missing ingredients and impatiently waiting for you to figure out the indecipherable instructions. Just go buy some coke and mentos and that's way more educational and fun.
Fun!

Thought I was getting a great deal as I got this for 30% off… until I realized it doesn’t come with any of the ingredients needed for even one experiment. Luckily, I had the stuff needed already at home so I could at least do one experiment with my child without making another trip to the store. Will be getting the stuff needed for the other experiments for my kiddo’s sake. My fault for not reading the back of the box beforehand. A little misleading as the box says there are “6 experiments in all!”… they should add “if you go get the rest of the supplies yourself!”
If you like learning via trial and error....

The lava lamp, snow globe and tornado are consistently on target but the recipes for the rest usually fall flat.
Waste of money, and try to get you to spend more...

Not only does this kit come with nothing required, the Ryan’s Lab app to use with it costs money. So outside of simply looking up the experiments, you’re losing the educational portion of it. We couldn’t get most of the experiments to work like most either.
Do not bother- No Instructions or tools

The kit tells you six different experiments you can do but there’s no instructions on how to do them or what to buy since it doesn’t come with anything you need for them. If you download the RyansLab mobile app experiments are not even on there. This was a waste of money to buy.
Contains rocket and attachements only

The kit does not include the items needed for the experiment but it says that on the box. My son (5) enjoys doing the experiments. We talk about how and why they work while doing them. The lava lamp is his favorite.

the bottle is to big to build up pressure. the sizes for the mixtures on the directions are wrong, the cup they give you isn't big enough to hold the mixtures they tell you. Do not need to buy this kit to do these experiments. better off just buying the ingredients and using a empty bottle of literally anything.

You need to have extra components at home already to complete all of the science experiments like yeast, alka seltzer, etc….. would be cool if it came with these. So you are basically paying money for cheap plastic pieces, and stickers. According to my son, and I quote: “This is the worst Ryan toy yet.”
Kind of a rip off...

This toy is absolute garbage/a rip off. It isn’t very clear on the box that it doesn’t come with any of the things needed to actually perform the experiments. We got it home, opened it, and my son was so disappointed that he couldn’t use it. A waste of $20. Every other experiment kit we’ve ever purchased has come with supplies. I would recommend NOT purchasing this.
Don't waste your money.

Waste of money. Doesn’t come with anything for any of the experiments. And when we finally did buy the ingredients to make the “snowstorm” it didn’t even work. We had some very disappointed children. Save your money, go online and search experiments for kids and do those instead. Ryan’s work stuff is overpriced garbage.

If I could warn one parent about buying this and stop them it will be worth my time writing this review. The kit comes with nothing to do the actual experiments.. you have to buy something for every experiment you would like to do. Save yourself the money and buy a two liter bottle of soda and some Ryan Worlds Stickers… because that is essentially what this is.
