Q: how long does the battery need to be charged for before you can use it again?
submitted by Rachael - 2 years ago
A: Hello Rachael, The battery with the Fury would take about 45 mins to 1 hour to recharge.
submitted bySkyrocket - 2 years ago
Brand expert
A: Using a charging brick that came with a cell phone I had years ago, the drone's battery will routinely fully charge from a post flight depleted state in 30 minutes or less.
submitted byHarge33 - 5 months ago
Q: where is the battery recharger
submitted by Charlotte - 2 years ago
A: Hi Charlotte, You can find accessories such as battery charges and extra batteries on our Consumers support page. Please check out Skyrockets web site for more details. Thank you, Skyrocket Toys

A: The drone comes with a USB cord only. You have to provide your own brick or use a computer's USB charge port to connect the drones cord.

Q: Can you add a camera to this drone?
submitted by - 3 years ago
A: It would be difficult to add a camera to this drone. It was not intended to carry a camera. Skyrocket makes other drones that come with cameras already.
submitted bySF - 3 years ago
A: Though we dont support customization, it is possible you could do that if you wanted to, but we wouldnt be able tooffer you any support regarding that

Q: So it only flys for 7 minutes and then it needs to be recharged?
submitted by Katie H - 3 years ago
A: Flight time depends on how aggressive you are flying it as well as external conditions like winds and extreme cold. However, a flight time of about 7 minutes is not unusual.
submitted bySF - 3 years ago
A: My son and I routinely get about 15 minutes of "play time" per battery charge. This is mostly outdoor flight time in garage, driveway, and front yard with temps in the 20's F.
submitted byHarge33 - 5 months ago
Q: How long do the batteries last
submitted by Santiago - 5 years ago
A: I think the battery lasts several years. Mine is almost a year old and the battery is still good and recharged quick.
submitted bydavidb - 4 years ago
A: Well the battery lasts approximately yes
submitted byWalmart lover - 5 years ago
Q: Is the drone suppose to come with the prop guards?
submitted by Anonymous - 2 years ago
A: Yes this drone will include guards in the box.

My 8 year old son received Fury stunt drone for Christmas. We've both had fun flying this drone. It's quite stable and easier to fly than others I've had. Because of the ease of use and features like the "launch/land" button and the drone's auto hover mode (removing fingers from the controls causes the drone to stop and hover in place) we've not suffered a hard or damaging crash. Everything is working normally after a week of multiple flights per day. Range and battery life is good. We get about 15 minutes of play between charging sessions. Most all of that time is flight time and using an old cell phone charging brick with the included cord, it takes 30 minutes or a bit less to recharge the battery from full functional discharge (low battery warning and drone will take off but auto land immediately due to low battery). A second battery would allow nearly uninterrupted fly time broken only by the switch over. Our record range from controller so far is about 175 linear feet with 20-60 feet of elevation. Launching from our garage, we flew it down the drive way, across the street to the neighbor's property, circled over that neighbor's roof and returned to us still in the garage. We're still in the beginner, default mode the drone came out of the box in, but there's a method to change the sensitivity of the controls--or increase the drones response to input that will give us finer control of the flight. Should allow for more precision landing (we have a contest to see who can land the drone on the seat of a stool that has nearly the same diameter as the circle of the blade guards. Tough to do smoothly in a single approach) and precision in-flight maneuvers. The one-touch stunt button on the front of the controller is cool. Easy to use and the rolls it causes the drone to execute are tight. Snappy. The ones we've done so far require no real skill other than getting the minimum airspace to execute. Directions say 10 feet in all directions but the one touch rolls are tight and less than 2x the diameter of the blade guard circle. Overall, I'm impressed with this stunt drone as well as the 8 year olds ability with it. Just as fun to watch him as it is successfully piloting the thing myself. Because of my positive experience with this stunt drone, I researched other Skyviper offerings hoping for a reasonably priced camera drone that has the ease of use and fail-safe aspects shown on this stunt drone. I would be buying their top model today but my enthusiasm has been tempered by a large number of negative reviews of not only the quality of the top tier drone, but also on the poorly performing and junky build of the application required to use the full features of camera drone. Customer support is apparently broken or non-existent as well. Indeed, the Skyviper website is a bit rough looking as aspects of it are unfinished or broken and looking through the product Q & A's and reviews one can see that Skyviper staff were attentive and quickly responsive to customer questions and concerns raised in negative reviews up until about 1 year ago. Since then, Many questions are left unanswered by Skyviper staff and issues left in negative reviews are no longer addressed. Red flags all around the operations of this company and just that quick, they've lost a sale (perhaps several allowing for extra batteries and accessories, spare parts) and soured the experience of a previously impressed new customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Fury Stunt Drone works well, the quality is ok I won’t say it’s that great because some parts look like they won’t hold well. Overall it works great, the instructions are easy to understand and the remote does lacks sometimes so it takes a few seconds to respond. Overall I would rate it 9/10 stars. It is a fun Drone and my kids had fun!

The drone had connection problem with remote and flew away. The instructions stated that the drone would automatically land if the remote was out of coverage but that didnt happen. You cannot return the item unless original product is available. I sent an email to the manufacturer but no response. Don't lose money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so awesome! It's a drone that can be used for beginners with ease. It has what I call auto pilot to keep it in the air which is hard to do if you're inexperienced on another drone. The auto pilot kinda feature is what sold me. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family loved this drone. It charged up quickly and was a breeze to get ready to fly. It is quite a bit faster than others we have had in the past. I'm not sure what the range is between it and the controller, but I will suggest to test is out slowly and not let it get so far away that it ends up losing its connection and crashes in the lake like ours did. Even with that sadness we had tons of fun with it before the loss!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drone was great! As a beginner, the most important thing for me was ease of use. This drone definitely exceeded my expectations as it was so simple to operate! The controls are very responsive which made the experience so much better overall. The drone also does many cool tricks and is safe to use indoors. Overall I loved this product and would absolutely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small and maneuverable - only a foot across or so and moves very well in enclosed space. Outdoors is tricky unless it is a very still day - even a light breeze will drag it away from you and make it hard to control. Initial setup was very easy, just snap the guards on, charge the battery and put batteries in the controller. It connected immediately and I was flying! The controller has buttons for tricks to do a flip with just one button push.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok lets start with make sure to check and see if you need a drone permit. Even though we live right on the line of farm and town line we did need one. We asked when we were getting out chicken permit from our town hall. Second yup your going to have grown adults and kids playing with this thing. I kinda wanted them to use it to check for bears before we went down to the creek with 6 kids in tow. But that involved stunts and a bunch of ok my turn. Worked out great we had a full weekend of fun with this and no one got hurt. We also didn't break it. That part is a miracle. With 4 vets who were never in the airforce they were pretty happy. Sorry 2 were submarine sailors and 2 were marines so it get very competitive here. All in all this was a great thing to have on hand cant wait for the next get together. Probably next weekend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun new toy. It's been challenging to learn to fly and do tricks, but yet with the launch and land feature it's easy enough for the kids to pick up and fly around. This will be continued fun as we keep practicing and learn more about it.
