Q: Can this be used for a cheap hamster cage, or should I use a different bin? I need one that is nice and big and fits a hamster comfortably.
A: For the sake of the hamster, a metal cage with lots of airflow would be best.

submitted byGelinho - 2 years agoA: The dimensions in the previous answers are OUTSIDE dimensions. The bottom of the container on the inside is only 13 1/4" x 19 1/2".

Q: Are these "Sterilite 66qt ClearView Latch Box Clear with Purple Latches" waterproof, air tight and bug proof? I purchased some with aquamarine blue latches a couple years ago, but didn't see them listed here.

The Sterilite 66 Qt ClearView Latch Box is not waterproof, air tight or bug proof, but the latches will keep the cover securely fastened to the base to keep contents protected. For more secure storage solution, we recommended our line of Gasket Boxes. The gasketed seal safeguards items from the elements, dust, and pests.
