Q: Is there a freshness seal on the lid? I live in a humid area and a seal is needed so the salt does not stick.

Love the pepper and salt cellars . Easy to use . Both sit perfectly on my stove . Stylish and great price point . Does not bother me that the lids have no gasket . I prefer they do not . when your cooking ( You usually have a spoon in one hand and trying to add spices with the other hand ) do not want to be fussing trying to remove the lids to get to the two main spices .
