You'll discover any stain disappears when you add Tide-to-Go to the spot, T. Be sure you push down on the pen's tip onto the stain several times to get the stain remover flowing. Then, gently rub the tip across the stain to remove it. If necessary, press the tip again to add more liquid and continue rubbing gently. Give this a try, and give us a call at 1 (800) 879-8433. We're answering calls everyday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST - Mondays through Fridays. On Saturdays and Sundays, we stop answering calls at 5:30 PM, EST.

Tide to Go works on many stains, but no product will remove all stains. The Tide To Go pen works best on fresh food stains (tomato juice, grape juice, ketchup, BBQ sauce, coffee, etc.) but doesn't work well on ink, blood, grease, grass, or mud.
