Which flow rate do I need?
We offer different flow rates to keep up with your growing baby. Every baby is different but as a guide we suggest slow flow for 0+ months, medium flow for 3+ months and fast flow for 6+ months. Closer to Nature nipples are only compatible with Closer to Nature bottles.
How often should I replace the bottle nipples?
We recommend changing your bottle nipples every two months and you should change them immediately if they're damaged or weak.

Tried these bottles for 2 weeks with my newborn daughter. It did not work out for us. The nipple is just way too soft, my daughter had the hardest time getting a good latch on it and the most frustrating part was that the nipple would collapse multiple times throughout her feeding which caused feeding to take way too long and messy.

I dislike these bottles sooooo much!!! I used them 5 years ago, and I liked them. I’m not sure what happened but my daughter will be drinking and the milk just stops coming out. I’ll open the lid, squeeze the nipple, nothing! Which then causes a crying hungry baby.

A special kind of terrible. Milk will barely come out so it takes over an hour for my one month old to eat 3 oz. In addition, I noticed the nipple collapses in his mouth which also doesn’t help with trying to feed him.

Hi and thank you for your honest feedback on your experience. We're sorry to hear you've been having some issues and we'd advise trying baby with a different flow rate nipple. We offer medium and fast-flow rate nipples, or even a vari-flow which means that baby can control their own feeding. The nipple will collapse if the air vent is closed so we recommend you manipulate the vent in the nipple by squeezing the vent between two fingers before each feed. I wanted to like these bottles but they're not worth the price. The materials feels cheap when compared to Avent bottles. In addition, you have to align the top just right for it to close properly. The worst part is that the nipple collapses when my baby drinks it. Don't waste your money on these.

It's possible that the nipple is collapsing because the sensitive silicone valve can sometimes stick together before first use or when not used for a long period of time. To check the valve, please follow the steps below: 1. Locate the silicone valve. It is at the base of the stem and looks like a little dome 2. Check that the slit in the silicone has not sealed shut. It’s tiny and clear, so holding it to the light helps 3. If the valve has sealed closed, pull it apart gently between your fingers to re-open After you follow these steps, you should wash all parts in warm soapy water, rinse and sterilize. After trialing many bottles these were our favorite. We love the extra slow flow nipple, it is the only one out baby wouldn’t dribble with. We had so much dribble with every other bottle. We like that they are only 3 parts. The only thing I don’t like is the lip that some of the milk gets stuck on!

Nipple constantly gets clogged and no formula will get through. This cause baby frustration and it happens to all 4 bottles of this brand. Also had leaking and nipple collapsing while feeding as well.

Love these! Used them with the twins and my daughter when she was little right off the bat. We had tried others like Dr.Browns and Advent but these were the favorite. Very easy to clean and love that there are not a million parts. Fits in my diaper bag great and the size is perfect for 4 oz. Recently has a new baby he took to these perfectly
