I never was able to use this stock pot because both times I ordered it, it arrived damaged. The first one I ordered had numerous scratches all over the outside of the pot. Thinking maybe it was just this one since I ordered it for in-store pick-up and could have been damaged by someone in the store, I took it back to exchange it. However, the other two stock pots in this model on the shelf were also scratched up. I decided to order it online and have it shipped, thinking maybe this would prevent it from getting damaged. Unfortunately, this one also showed up with some scratches on the outside finish, as well as what appeared to be the start of a small rust spot. I have had other Tramontina pots in the past, and all of those held up well. I'm hoping it was just this particular model that had a low quality coating/finish and that future models will correct this issue.
