Q: Is the front plastic or glass?

A: The front is plastic and not glare resistant at all. That being said, if your location isn't right next or across from a window, for the price and that it comes with matting, it's great.

Q: When you say the may is 24x36, is that the exact size of the mat opening? I have a 24x36" poster that I'm trying to frame and can't have the mat be exactly the same time (should be a little smaller).

Terrible packaging and quality. The box was damaged upon arrival and had no padding inside. The frame was cracked in multiple places and the acrylic was broken. When I went to exchange, it was out of stock. Customer service gave a refund but was very rude and did not make it easy. I expected more from target and this was disappointing.

I have kids and wanted some frames for a photo ledge that if were to fall would not break or hurt anyone, and not super expensive if needed to be replaced. No real glass but can’t tell when up on the shelf! Wish there were more sizes. Beautiful natural wood color

I bought the 27x40 size during Rarget Circle Week. I put an expensive Audubon print in it today and the corner of the frame broke and it fell off the wall and broke into multiple pieces within an hour of hanging it up. I hung it per the instructions. I’m very sad about the situation.

Wish this came in different sizes to fit my needs. Ideally I wanted to frame this image without a border but couldn’t find what I was looking for and didn’t want to custom order a frame. This is a beautiful frame for the price, great quality and has that low profile simplistic look I was going for.
