i have very oily skin. i use spf 50 daily under my makeup which definitely does not help with my oil issue. this setting spray is the first that i’ve tried where i’m barely shiny after 10 hours of wear. unbeatable.

i’ve tried many different setting sprays and this wet n wild detox setting spray is really good. i have combination skin, so my chin, nose, and forehead get very oily after wearing makeup for a while. when i used this, it made my skin feel hydrated and it did not make my skin oily. now, the effects of the setting spray depends on how you prep your skin and the type of makeup products you use on your skin. for primer, i use nyx’s honeydew me up primer (recommend) i also use l’oréal infallible pro-matte liquid foundation (recommend) those two products work well with this setting spray. overall, setting sprays are very different in helping your makeup longevity and your actually skin whether it’s oily, combination, or dry. also, the spray is very nice on this bottle it’s not like a harsh spritz it’s a nice mist. i’ll be buying another to put in my car on the go.

I bought it at first as I was in need of a setting spray but this did absolutely nothing but make my face oily. It also does not set not let the makeup stay in place. After you do a surface test with it you can see most of the makeup on the hand towel.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this mist since I honestly thought it was more of just like a setting spray, but i. Reality this mist helped my skin clear up some of my dark sport I had on my face from acne scars to just brown spots I've had sinc e I was a little girl. I would apply this mist in the mornings after my facial morning routine. I noticed the difference on my skin maybe about the 3rd or 4th day where my skin was glowing and just looking a lot cleaner than before. Would I get this product again, most likely since I did see some results for my skin type which it isn't too oily nor too dry. I hope that helps someone out there.

It I'd a very light spray and enjoy that because I don't want to spray my face and already have my makeup slide off. It keeps my makeup in place for around half the day but it doesn't work for a full day for me.

I use about two sprays on my face. I would definitely pick this up as a alternative to more expensive products.

My makeup still rubs off on my phone and I have to be careful when giving hugs. The spray nossle is great and spays a nice fine mist with no big drops so that's nice. I have been spraying it on my beauty blender before putting foundation on to help blend and give an extra boost to my usual setting spray.
