Q: do these have to be plugged in to electricity? it doesn't say plug in but also didn't say battery. if they have to be plugged in won't work as they will be hung from ceiling and no outlets

I love these lights! They were on clearance when I got them and I plan on buying more. I put them around my fireplace for Christmas time originally but plan on keeping them there all year round. None of the bulbs have gone out so far and it has a beautiful warm glow that is bright enough to see around you, without being too bright.
