The sugar-only cola--no artificial sweeteners--tastes surprisingly good. My only complaint is the price. Compared with 2-liter name brand colas, the Sodastream syrup should sell for about [$].
Tastes just like coke. I drink it daily.
Easier to stock at home.
I actually like it without the bother of carbonating, i just pour into a cup, add water, and its ready to go. Somehow doesn't taste like flat soda which i recall not liking growing up. I really like it. If its good flat i'm sure its good carbonated.
I bought the regular cola flavor and the cola zero. They are great. Tastes very close to Coke. I added a little extra carbonation and that seemed to make it just right. And the cola zero tastes exactly like coke zero. I've even experimented with a couple of water flavorings like Mio, I made grape soda a few days ago and it tasted just like old fashioned Nehi.
This tastes nothing like cherry coke or coke with grenadine. I am cheap, and it was SO bad i couldn't even drink the whole glass even when it was the only sweet and only caffeine i had in the house, i waited and tried another sip another day to make sure toothpaste or something didn't throw my taste off, but no, tossed the bottle of syrup.
I've always been a cherry coke fan.
The plain version tastes just like coke to me.
