I decided to return to school once both of my children graduated. Things have changed so much and I needed to know how to type in order to move to my next business class. I installed this program on a Windows 7 computer. Setup was a breeze and everything worked right out of the box. I was converting VHS tapes in less than 5 minutes. Different modes allow for either just a quick rip or advanced editing options. The advanced editing is user friendly with many different options including the ability to save the video to your hard drive or upload it to youtube. see less

I purchased this from Target at the end of November last year. It was on sale and I somehow missed the fine print or it just wasn't there and thought I was buying a full version. Even the package does not have "upgrade" on it like it should. Instead, I now have to "upgrade" from a previous Windows. Windows 8 is not even as good as 7. I will never buy from Target online again. My Alienware laptop was stolen when my flat was broken into. The process of reporting the theft to Absolute was very simple and an investigator was appointed immediately. It is vital that you are able to provide as much information about the police investigation to the Absolute investigator to ensure that action can be taken as soon as possible. It took a few weeks before my stolen laptop was connected to the Internet, but the Absolute investigator contacted me promptly and provided information directly to the lead investigator for the police. The information provided by the Absolute investigator guided the police to the location of my stolen laptop and it was recovered and returned to me. The hard drive had been wiped and all my data had been lost in the re-installation of the operating system, but LoJack for Laptops continued to work after the re-installation of the operating system and continued to guide the police during their investigation. Since then, I have bought an additional laptop and purchased a three-year licence for LoJack for Laptops at the time of purchasing the new laptop to ensure that it is covered by this great service too. I fully recommend that LoJack for Laptops is installed on all laptops. Though there are no guarantees of stolen equipment being recovered, I was extremely satisfied with the service and the speed with which information was given to the police in order for them to take action. see less

My Macbook Pro was stolen from my house just before Christmas. It is my school computer, and I was devastated to have lost it. Thankfully I had LoJack installed on the Mac, and it took less than sixty days for them to track down my computer even after the thieves had wiped the hard drive and sold it to someone else. The detective working on the case said that they never would have recovered my computer without LoJack. It is definitely worth the price, completely and totally worth the price. Take it from a police officer, he said that having LoJack was the best investment I could have made! see less

I purchased LoJack after starting university and thinking that it would probably be a good thing to have IF my laptop got stolen, I didn't think it was particularly expensive and was very easy to install. 1 year on and my laptop did get stolen, a massive pain as a university second year student away from home and not with much money to go out and immediately purchase a new one. I told the police about LoJack and they were able to communicate with LoJack and less then a week later my laptop was back.. Something I'm sure wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for this great software. Everyone should purchase this, worth every penny! see less

This is a really cool program that my friend got me for my birthday. It helps you create your story outline beat by beat and you can view outlines of movies that got made like Spiderman and When Harry Met Sally alongside your own project to see how they are structured. It has helped me organize my notes and ideas all in one place and also develop my characters. The automatic script layout formatting is also very easy to understand and saves a lot of time so you can focus on the creative part of the process. I thoroughly recommend! see less

I love Kaspersky Anti Virus Protection for the Internet. I've been using it for a few years now and never had any problems with it. The cost is a little high for an at home mom, but comparable in price to everyone else.
