Bio-Oil Scar Treatment - 2 oz. product details page

I am not 8 months and used bio-oil daily since 6 weeks pregnant. Not only do I knot have new strech marks but the 3 that I had on each of my hips have faded and are almost gone.

This is the only thing I have found to keep me from itching like crazy this pregnancy (5th and final one). I am only giving it a 4 star rating, because I have no idea if it's helping/preventing further stretch marks, etc. I have had a few other people tell me it minimizes the visibility of scars of all kinds. I cannot tell a difference, but my belly looks like a road map at this point.The smell of this is also light and it doesn't feel as greasy as some of the other body oils. I have difficulty using any cocoa butter products due to the smell and heavy quality of the liquid.I would recommend it.

I have used this on my belly and back since the beginning of my pregnancy and have yet to see a stretch mark (9 months today). Smells great and leaves the skin super smooth. Also helps keep the itchy tummy skin under control and works really well if you mix it with your favorite lotion. I love this product and recommend it to everyone!

I was determined to suffer through the suggested four months even though the scent made me absolutely nauseous. And after several days, I noticed the awful reaction on my belly where I had rubbed the oil in. Awful. Then, I read the ingredients in detail: Mineral oil? Soy? Essential oils? It was a sensitive skin sufferers nightmare! Serves me right for not checking the ingredients prior to use but I'm sure glad I didn't try it on my face!

My husband bought me this for christmas and the smell is wonderful plus this is the only thing i have found that helps soothe my skin due to stretching i've experience through out my twin pregnancy. It also leaves your skin feeling amazing.

I used this product when it first came out a few years ago. I had surgery and didnt want scars...I'm not sure how my body would have done without this product, but with it my scars are barely noticable. But the best part is the sent! I swear I would pour it all over my body if it wasnt so expensive for a little 2oz bottle!

I used this initially for fine lines around my eyes, but had a noticeable change to the softness of the skin on my face and neck after using Bio-Oil for about three months. I can't be sure as to whether my fine lines have improved, but I have seen the some existing scarring fade slightly in addition to softening my skin.
