She loved them so much she got up on the roof herself and hanged them the look great! She sleeps down their every now and then with friends and these work great! They look Beautiful!

Unfortunately I didn't have help to hang these and they fell as soon as I hung the first corner and completely shattered all over the porch.[..]? I don't want to have to buy a whole new strand just to get a few bulbs. Thank you! I never got to see them hung and turned on but I imagine they would look awesome!

Since we bought these bulbs when they were on sale, we figured it would be worth the [$$$[ investment to see how they looked on our pergola. After reading other reviews about how fragile the bulbs were, we took all the bulbs off, hung the wiring, and then put the bulbs back in... and they look PERFECT! It really didnt take that much time to put them up and definitely worth it to be safe than sorry... They do give off a really bright glow and are perfect for nights on the patio... We would HIG HLY recommend them!

I was hesitant to buy these lights after the reviews but so far they are great. The bulbs that I bought are plastic and I hung them around my pergola without any problem. Used 3 strings which provide plenty of night-time lighting for the patio.

Bought these lights to dress up the back yard and could not be happier with the results. They are easy to setup and look great. Some people have posted negative reviews about the quality of the bulbs. They must be treated like what they are glass bulbs, in other words don't clink them together or drop them on the ground.

I bought these even after reading the reviews about the bulbs being so fragile, and I'm glad I did! We hung two strands around our covered patio, and they look so great - and they give off a lot of light too! They've been up for several weeks now with no issue. Since I was worried about the bulbs being so fragile, I took off all the bulbs from the strands before I even took the strands out of the packaging. Then we put the strands up without having to worry about the bulbs, which was very n ice. And it really didn't take that much extra time to remove the bulbs and then replace them once the strands were up. I would highly suggest this.

I have been looking for these lights all over! I actually decided to purchase even after reading the reviews. I figured for the price it was worth the risk. I am SO GLAD I DID! My husband and I put these up a couple weeks ago and we were so worried about breakage and burnouts due to the reviews. We hit them together quite a few times while hanging because we changed our minds on where the cord should go and had to re-string a couple times. We had absolutely no problems and the lights look fabul ous!!!! I'm so glad we took the plunge. I went into the store and saw them and decided to buy all they had (6 boxes) figuring if I had any issues I would just [...] return them. LOL![...] We have backyard functions and have even had a couple weddings! I can't speak to what someone elses experiance will be, but I think it's worth trying! The payoff is spectacular!!!!

I bought three sets of these lights to put up over our patio. Couldn't wait. I thought they would look great. While we were hanging the first set, I handed the string to my husband who was up on a ladder. 2 bulbs lightly bumped together and one of the lights shattered, raining glass all over me! It was in my mouth and hair and if I was not wearing sunglasses would have been in my eyes! Since we have kids this obviously is not acceptable. Thank goodness we found this out before one of them got h urt by a breaking bulb hit by a ball or stray toy! Don't buy these lights!!! I would have given them a zero rating but that was not an option!
